Now that I'm done watching all the 4 episodes of this week, I didn't like Suman pitting Raavi against Dhara and competition degi dlg from yesterday.

She just saw Dhara's insecurity and outburst ( not that I support Dhara here. Her tantrums looked outright psychotic) moments ago.

I don't like this thing of competition between family members and giving takkars to each other thing. Such things more than often sow the seeds of future rivalry and bitterness.

It's absolutely ok if someone's a better cook or makes a particular dish better than the other. Itna comparison ki zarurat nahi hain. Let them sort it out. It felt more like Suman was seeking sadistic pleasure from Dhara being hit by karma - Dhara took away her rights when she was helpless, now Raavi is doing the same with Dhara.

WE WANT THIS RAAVI !!!!!!!!!!!

If raavi was hoping ki shiva will come and apologize and maybe she will forgive him too , shiva was also hoping that raavi came back for him

Both have made mistakes..yes..but I dnt think shiva can make a move in the current situation..if right now he makes a move and apologise directly to her and tell her his feelings for her..then what was the point of this fight at all. His insecurities are still remaining unsolved..

Yes ,ravi would most probably come back if he apologise.. that night shiva for a moment expected her to have came back for him ..accepting him for who he is the way he is... but when she said it was for dhara only she came, he was convinced.. he understood her. Respected her choice...he accepted it..

Now his feelings are getting deeper..the first move that u said..he was thinking of making that today..

Today it was shown that he was considering changing his style of dressing. This shows he is considering ways that would make her like him... But this move of changing himself is a result of his insecurity..he doesn't think ravi will ever like him for what he is..its either he has to change and look the way she likes or he has to let her go so that she can have her life the way she wants..

Now after experiencing how it is to live without her, I feel the happiness of having her back even if its for dhara has made him feel more deeply for her..

That's why from sacrificing his feelings and breaking the relation so that both can find peace with whatever they have. .he is now considering ways to make it possible for her to like him, even if it means loosing himself into something he is not.. .that would be so wrong on him.

So unless his insecurity is dealt with, and I believe it would be ravi who can make him realise that he has always been good in her eyes or he has to understand the himself...for him it's her opinion that mattered to him..thag affected him so badly. so it's her who has to show him what she sees in him...

So that's why I want ravi to think about her feelings for shiva ..unless she feels and realise it, how can we expect anything from her side that convinces him that he is liked by her for who he is and she is not compromising for the sake of marriage.

is it me or anyone else also feels that neither Shiva is insecure nor has inferiority complex… he just thinks that Raavi doesn’t like him due to his clothes and lifestyle…he doesn’t want to prove anything to others but he does want to be liked by raavi.. and when he thought Raavi is not happy with him, that is why he sent divorce papers.. I don’t know but I don’t see insecurity or inferiority complex anywhere.. what I see a genuine sadness because as per him first time in life he loved somebody and want that person to love him back but that person couldn’t because he thinks he cannot match her expectations.:..

and honestly listening to Raavi it does feel that she is compromising here…she has not shown that level of attachment with Shiva…

on a different note, it seems Krish will be beaten up by police…not jaanu’s gunda…

I feel shiva is feeling inferiority complex with relation to ravi only. Others opinion doesn't matter to him because he knows they love him regardless of what he is..he was happy and content with his life until ravis opinion began to matter to him..now that she became important in his life and he started having feelings for her, he read that damn diary and realised she detested him because of his very traits like dressing and behaviour..and knowing himself,he knows he doesn't want to change ..so it started eating him that he will never be upto her standards like that of dev or his friends..that is indeed inferiority complex..but...only with respect to her...not to the world..Ravis opinion about him matters to him now.. otherwise he has always been proud and happy to be the classy gunda..who gives a rats ass to others opinion about him..but would make anyone a run for their life if they insulted anyone from his family..

I can’t believe what the writers have done to Shiva’s character. They have made others call him insecure, weak and has a complex. They have reduced him to a caricature to show others around him mahaan and perfect. This is so not done. This is all Raavi and others think about him. Nobody has even tried to understand or talked to him to even find out that there is something more to his story. Where is the Shiva who confidently said in the haveli that he will not change for anyone and people should accept him for who he is.

To fulfill her wish of being a Pandya parivar bahu for life, Raavi tried to go forward with the marriage through adjustments and compromise. She never trusted him after kidnapping track until Mukteshwar happened where he cleared her MU only because both were in NDE. Again the trust was for a brief period when the Sneha kaand, diary kaand, Mannat all happened, he pushed her away assuming she deserved better than him. After what Raavi said today, I am very clear that she has absolutely no feelings for him (not that she had before), the brief trust she had after Mukteshwar is gone forever, she never tried to understand him before or now and finally she doesn’t want to adjust and compromise anymore.
Shiva did decide to end this marriage first and now Raavi is form about it too which is okay if that’s what the writers want.

What is making me angry the most is that they are showing that Shiva is starting to have feelings for her again, thinking about changing for her. Why are they doing this to him? How many times do they want to break him? Just because he changes his clothes Raavi is going to accept him? No, that will never happen. She has found bigger problems with him like his insecurity, inferiority complex, finds him weak. How much ever they try to patch them, these things will constantly run through her mind. He will never be the person who she wants him to be. How are the writers going to rectify these characteristics that Shiva has been portrayed to have now? What are the writers doing to show that Shiva is not insecure, doesn’t have a complex and is not weak?

When his own brothers are cheering for Raavi to win the dahi handi, what is the guarantee they will not laugh at him when he decides to change his appearance for Raavi. Je will make a fool out of himself if he ever does that.

But then again in all this saas-bahu drama, BhabiMa’s mood swings, Male characters hardly have any role.
All Gautam does is to pacify Dhara, Shiva is there in only one scene per day, Krish comes 3-4 times a week, is only there for comedy and laugh at others. Dev’s presence or absence doesn’t make a difference anymore. Even if he is present, doesn’t get a single dialogue to speak on majority of the days.

What started as an ensemble has become one character story and all the other characters revolve around that one character.
In all this I am now scared what if BhabiMa will again have a bigger role in uniting ShiVi.

Also when are we going to see Raavi’s character growth and development. She wants her life a certain way and it is very difficult to attain what you want most of the time. Adjustments and compromise are not the only things that determine a character growth. We can all say she loves Pandya parivar, takes care of them so very well, that is not growth, that is a trait. The effort she has put in to understand Dhara or even Rishita, don’t think she did with Shiva. Half the time during the haveli track she MUed thinking he left her with the kidnappers. Then when it got resolved, there was no breather Sneha kaand and diary kaand happened.
Other than she is ok with Shiva’s clothes or his tel-masala smell, what has Raavi disclosed to him. She only talks about adjustments and compromise she is willing to make for this marriage to work. I don’t blame Shiva went thinks that he doesn’t want her to be tied to him if compromise is the only thing what she is going to be doing for the rest of her life. So he let her go.
