In other countries they already have these type of remedy. Depression is one illness where u need unknown person to talk to u and pour ur heart out. I saw this episode of kbc. Deepika is such strong girl and even she was in self doubt. What she did is nice help for others.
In kuch rang they show a marriage consullor as their married is going through a rough phase. And they explaining that it is ok to go to these people. A third person will always see something which u have not seen as positive.

Very true and well said. The mentality of people should change.
