I don't think uski family Bombay me rehti hai. She is from Delhi na so I think uski family delhi me hi rehti hai

May be karan ka mtlb hoga ki uski family hai and she is having good relations with them.

Kyunki uski family ke baare me kuch nhi pta to may be log kuch assumptions bnate hoge.
