Pallavi's actions are causing Raghav to be humiliated, even though that was not her intention. She needs to be careful or her message will never reach him.

Motwani's words made Raghav re-live his childhood and triggered him understandably.

Pallavi didn't tell Raghav beforehand what she was about to do so he was insulted by Motwani.
Heights of hypocrisy, Motwani calling Raghav ghatiya when he's looking a for a beautiful 'female' servant.

Raghav's face on hearing compliments about his staff's manners. LOL he's never been the kind of boss who emphasizes this but we had two instances today of discussion on manners.

I knew who Raghav had in mind when he had that mischievous look on his face about who would now do the work. 🤣
