the problem for most teams is when they pick a player he doesn't play for that team. they drop him, he shifts to another team and plays well.

That's what I am saying

Even Jaddu, Ashwin, Vijay etc and now Shardul and Chahar become big names that even after having bad matches they were still there in the team.

That is the reason why DC is back in the race. They have been keeping Pant, Iyer, Shaw etc from many yrs and we r seeing the result.

SRH has kept his core intact from many yrs but their non Indians does pretty well.

@Bold: True

They all want instant result that's why they aren't in the race.

loosing team ooh good point. i guess thats started with csk mi winning alternatively. trolling and harmles joke is fine imo just shouldnt cross line

Trolling is ok

&

I am not talking about u

I am saying in general.

Even after being CSKian I troll the my favourite team but these 2 team players get unnecessary hate.

Honestly last yr

I wanted SRH to be in final bcoz I knew DC can't win.

SRH has more experienced side and they have handled the pressure of Finals earlier too. They could have given competition but DC couldn't.

Agar DC ke against RCB hoti then definetly DC would have most probably won.

CSK and MI has went there soo many times that they do better than the rest.

It is like school ka 2nd - 3rd aane wala student getting good marks in competition exam doesn't mean he cheated it simply means they know how to deal with pressure better and the the rest.

Also who do well in competition r remembered not the ones in schools.

That's why pointing fingers on these 2 is easy but becoming them is difficult.

I have huge expectations from DC this season hope they do well and I want SRH to now buckle up and try to come in race of playoffs. Abhi bhi its not too late if they win their rest of the matches.

Dhoni himself has cleared that he doesn't get into getting players on board and management and Coach plans it.

In MI they have a great management they does things sensibly.

RCB management has always ran behind big names and then changes the team when it doesn't work.

That's why Moein Ali, Shane Watson become big names in CSK and big name Mccullum became flop there. KL Rahul is shinning brightly in PBKS after coming out of RCB.

The playing 11 of both CSK and MI rarely changes. It only changes due to situation and pitch not like other teams ki 2 match accha nahi khela toh bahar kardo.

DC used to make a lot of change but from last few yrs they have also started keeping a core that why last yr they were in Finals and doing great this season.

Ok... Didn't know about the management's involvement part. Then the captain can't definitely be blamed.

captains do have a take on who they want in the team if they wish to but its limited to a max of one or two. like in RCB this year Maxwell was VK ka decision. he asked the management to get him at any cost to the team.

DC ka problem is their players don't think before shots. most people come ek do 6 mila toh every ball they expect ki wahi milega specially players like shaw and pant. they keep trying for such shots and in the process out. u need to learn from seniors as to how to control yourself sometimes and stick to the field.

RCB ka problem is not just management but also giving free hand to VK to take decisions. im glad he's decided to quit his captaincy.

SRH main issue u have 6-7 damn good international players but u can only play a max of 4 and that's where its a confusion to choose which 4. and the choice of keeping a player out is between Kane/Warner/bairstow/holder. Rashid is permanent in the team so one amongst the other 4 suffers. they aren't investing in good Indian players which the top teams are. if they do that, this team can work wonders

@bold: don't think its possible cause they need a 7/7 win to qualify which is close to impossible. they honestly don't have a chance this year unless the top 5 lose their matches against SRH

It's not impossible if the 4th place team doesn't do well and they can win 5-6 matches.

That's what I said SRH team works on their International player but only 4 can play comes as a disadvantage for them.

@Bold: Ik

But Captains doesn't do that.

It is owners who makes the decision.

Also Kingfisher ka panga chal raha hain from few yrs isliye bhi I think they will have been asking inputs from VK.

As far as I know Dhoni and Rohit atleast doesn't get involved in the management.

That's why they r doing well.

CSK ka I know Dhoni doesn't get involved in purchasing players and management doesn't get involved in playing 11.
