You must do it... You predicted the episode well... I just read LU because of so much Dhara drama but people here will be saved to watch these horrible episodes

This is why I think that either the channel or PH is playing the long game.

They're showing a Dhara centric track to appease the actor and finish off that storyline. But because of IPL, TRP giregi. Assuming Shiny won't be complain then, phir toh they'll have to do Shivi tracks to get back to the top.

I wish we had a trp tracker thread so we can see the trend week to week

its such regressive thing to show on TV that men can keep the plates to sink...i really hate it

but these things do happen in real life, i have example at my home even...old generation people still follow this not keeping plates in sink..even left overe things only eaten by females of house

My inlaws has this issue.initially in first year, my in-laws came to visit us within 4 months of my coming to US. I was anyways not great at cooking. And mother-in-law would create a scene if I don’t make breakfast (fresh bhakri) and lunch before going to work ( here it starts sharp 8 am & add to that commute)

And you come back and have to cook dinner. Which I was happily doing it anyways.

At that time, us & my jethji stayed together. (He was unmarried) and our deal was I cook , you guys clean.

Did 3 times cooking for couple of weeks after in-laws came. They didn’t like their sons helping with dishes, nor liked me using dishwasher 🤷🏻‍♀️.

After 2 weeks, gave pravachan go pati & jeth: either I work or I cook 3 times & clean.and in no ways I went to 5 years of college to do later! I enjoy my work. So speak up. Problem was solved for good. Ofcourse tanaas still continue😄

I also have Dhara in my life- my husband is youngest & their elder sister is 9 years older to him.

Her & her family lived close by in initial years. And even though she was done with child births & pregnancies- her moodswings were quite similar to Dhara’s with Raavi & Rishita. Very insecure, especially since I could manage our house our way! Thankfully they moved! Distance helps keep relationships healthy. Though she still gets those Mood swings. And I let her ‘manage’ everytime she visits.

My next tricky trap is, her son now stays with us past 2 years as his work is close to our house. And he is dating non gujju girl. Preparing for next real life kaand when my nanad & sasuma get to know about this. I was only non Patel girl in their family & that was Hawwww for all. Still get ‘outsider’ aapda jevu nahin’ treatment. Eventhough I am gujju😄)

In a nutshell, high drama = high TRPs. Any character creating the drama will bring the TRPs. All high drama tracks of room construction, suman and oily drama and shivi divorce drama took the TRPs above 2

I don't know if a single bhabhi centric track will be enough to appease the actor but we'll see 😆

I've figured out the trick to surviving PS folks.... Binge watch once every 50 episodes or so... I fast forwarded enough that it only took me one night to get through it!!! Legit!!! Vaise bhi college doesn't leave me with enough time for me to watch everyday, so this is probably gonna be my M.O whenever we have a bad Shivi track😆...

On a more serious note, Alice's acting has improved by leaps and bounds these days!!!! She was amazing right from the start, but where her expressions used to be bolder initially, I feel like she's getting the more subtle ones beautifully these days... Her mentoring sessions with Kanwar seem to be working out alright❤️...

Other than Shiny, I liked everyone's acting (No, Akshay doesn't count😆). I do have issues with some of the dialogues, but that's on the CVs.... My only request to PS makers other than to pack bhabhi maa off to some far off place🤣 is that they do a good job with the sound effects!!! Thodi jagah was inspired, but the music during their public showdown totally spoilt my mood!!! I can stand choppy editing and meaningful 2 minute Shivi scenes, but not bad BGMs... 🥺

I have like... heard so many stories and read about cases about difficult pregnancies, and its all so disheartening. Even my grandmother told me that my mom had a hard time with me, but Dhara seems to have no care for her baby at all!

I can generally tolerate mahaan characters well, such is my tolerance. But this ain't mahanta anymore, this is self destruction at this point.

Nor do the CVs care about the characters, neither about the kind of messages they send out to the audience.

I understand that its a business at the end of the day, and they've got to get good trps, but I fail to see how even the trp audience will like this stuff.

I could understand that beating the brothers was a trp tactic, trp audience seems to lap up this stuff. But how is this going to bring trps??
