Dad and her have had a very companionable marriage. They are quite ahead in their thinking process. Dad used to help in everything. Growing up I witnessed this and also expect the same from my hubby🤷🏻‍♀️

You know I get that families in which the rules are such where the men won't do any domestic help exist in abundance in India... But CVs being educated need to understand that that is the very thought that needs to be changed. They should feel understand and feel responsible of the things they are showing as it definitely impacts the audience. Either show the men helping or show that the new members that is Rishita and Raavi stand firmly against such customs and others eventually understand their flaws in thinking.

Another thing I don’t get in this PS is, all men get up after eating. They don’t even take their jootha plate to sink! Why? Why Raavi & Rishita have to carry them from patla?

Understand Suman. But men can atleast do that.

It ITV prblm...one side they show how progressive ml are, supporting their wives and all but these small things they forgot.

its such regressive thing to show on TV that men can keep the plates to sink...i really hate it

but these things do happen in real life, i have example at my home even...old generation people still follow this not keeping plates in sink..even left overe things only eaten by females of house

On another note, I actually loved Raavi's dialogues in the kitchen. What's the fuss about eating food from the day before? Food is food. What are you going to do with it? Throw it all away, when so many people in the world do not have the luxury of food due to unfortunate circumstances? That would be a shame.

Women and men are equal so both can eat leftovers. Nothing wrong with that. It's unfortunate but this stuff still happens. Prime example is my family. We always have leftovers too but the elder men in the family always want fresh food 😕

Dhara having a dig at Raavi for not making the exact amount - are you kidding? So what if she measured it all and then people wanted a second helping? Then she would be taunted for not making enough food. It's a cruel world because you can't win in this sort of environment. It's toxic.

Loved Raavi telling Dhara how it is. Take your 1920s ke thoughts and lock them in a cupboard for all we care.

Dhara and Suman are enablers of these ancient thoughts and it doesn't sit well with me at all, but it's true, this stuff still happens.🥱 Not sure if this society will ever change.

But tbh, its a bad strategy. All the other shows are building up to some high point because they want to maintain interest during IPL. If you check Twitter hastags, there's extra drama everywhere. But here, we're getting comedy, no matter what their intention. So I'm thinking that if this is solely to appease certain actors, let it be. Apna time bhi aaega 😎
