See Mahendra tells the bank people kii Priya is marrying Ram Kapoor and he will clear the loan.. And asks the bank guy to call Ram and confirm.. And that Ram's friend comes and informs the bank guy called asking about Priya ka loan clearance.. N now Ram, Vrinda, Adi and Vikrant think Priya wants Ram to clear the loan... N that is why Ram's ke dost are saying getting a prenup signed is ok..
