It's getting difficult for many of the viewers to come to terms with the fact that such a crucial aspect which forms the base of the love story and progression of the lead couple is being forgotten. Honestly, this looks deliberate to me. I won't go into the reasons of it because I don't want this thread to be closed.

I guess if audience really cared about crucial aspects of love story, they wouldn’t be calling relationship between an abuser and a victim “A love story”, but this is just my opinion

And regarding forgetting, this an important aspect of the show...They are not allowed to forget it , they have to make it very clear what it was and stick to that... I dont think anyone here things, people cant fall in love multiple times...The problem is writing here which is being pointed out.

This was not an arranged marriage set up, he wanted to marry her showed the depth of their relationship or whatever they felt for each other. There are thousands of inconsistencies, the biggest one for me is Sai in love with someone who abuses her

I gave arrange marriage as an example....where people develop emotions for each other...and yet things might not culminate dur to various factors? And what depth are we talking about when one blocks the person she expects to marry when the other person does not recognize you , the first time you call them..If thats depth then certainly a very deep relationship was there 😊

Where did Sai come from? Too many times Virat have directly talked about not having any kind of "relationship" with Sai.. The TM is talking about that...I think you are missing the point here.. The crux of story is that... He did mention last time he hardly spend a day with her, to actually call it love.. Its not about consistency/inconsistency ...its about playing with the crux of the story...Inconsistency keeps happening in all show...Crux nahi change hota....

Sai line was the example came in my mind regarding the continuity in the show.

About the crux whatever virat said the way he behaved during samrat pakhi wedding,his wedding with Sai and after his wedding clearly shows us there was past between virat and pakhi.

Past and relationship cannot be equated.. Not every past is a relationship..But yes there can be relationships in the past.. They liked each other, they did not even confess each other or talked to each others , for it to be called a "relationship". A relationship involved two people sharing life and partnership in every form for at least some days.. Makers have felt to show any depth between Virat and Pakhi , if there was any...

I don’t really understand what you are trying to say because this has absolutely no connection to what I have said in my reply, They don’t remember crucial points, this show is not a masterpiece, I have made my peace with therefore commented only on the point of falling in love multiple times. Virat and Pakhi angle, Virat has said it wasn’t love but he has said otherwise too, didn’t he tell Sai that it was real at one point of time? Accept whichever one pleases you

The love story you are talking about has a man abusing his wife and the most important aspect of this love story somehow is his not being in love before, how?

@bold I dont believe in this to be love as well BTW. I dont remember calling it a love story or talking about it any of posts or interaction in this thread.. I have clearly said is other threads of mine what Virat has for Sai is not love...So I do not understand when and where did I call it to be a love story.

Regarding my post I have mentioned what was the point of TM when the topic was made, her intention was not questioning falling in love multiple times. And secondly when whatever was between Pakhi and Virat was attributed to being what depth is, I disagreed there..I deny calling it love in the first place......What is there to be not understood.

I don’t think he is talking about PP in the precap. It is, at best, clever promo making to stir up the discussion and interest or it is, at worst, poor execution. It is clear that the entire promo is a Sairat promo. My view is that he is talking about the losing Sai before and not PP. He has, in fact, lost or felt like he has lost Sai many times before. The first time, which from Virat’s POV can be considered him losing his love is when he wrongly ousted Sai from the house, shortly after he was planning to confess his love during holiday, and she refused to forgive him and return. I think that is the first time he felt he lost his love in Sai. He has since then felt he is losing her time and again when she keeps saying the marriage is only a deal marriage (leaving aside his own contributions to why she says this). He has been clear since ousting track that he is in love with Sai and that whatever he felt for Pakhi was under a wrong assumption of love, including saying that again at the cafe just a short time ago (in Ghum timeline). That is why I don’t think he is talking about PP in precap. I can, of course, see why it can be interpreted that way, but that is why I think it is a clever play on vague words for a promo. Just look at the reaction it has generated, but it is clear (at least to me) that he is talking about Sai from the past story, and from the future story (assuming it goes the KD route, which I mean, come on…!).
