SRK hasn't given a hit since so many years. In late 90s and early 2000s, he marketed himself very well by calling himself "Badshah of Bollywood", "King Khan", "Global Face of Bollywood". But Aamir and Salman became superstars in 1988 and 1989 much before Shahrukh became popular in 1995 after DDLJ. Aamir and Salman have lots of fans all over the world. Now Akshay Kumar has surpassed Shahrukh Khan by becoming Bollywood's most bankable actor.

The actresses like Deepika and Aishwarya who go to Cannes to stay in news also project themselves as face of Bollywood. But none of these women have delivered a solo hit. Both these women have hits only when they had popular costars or a strong director.

The face of Bollywood should be Amitabh Bachchan whose movies are popular in other countries even today.

Srk has his PR game strong just like kangana. But he is no face of bollywood.

It would be Big B. Even Aamir before Thugs. He was respected for his work after Lagaan and was also very popular in China. You have not mentioned him or Big B in the polls.

Taking the definition literally, for non-Indians, SRK would be the face of Bollywood.

After that, Priyanka because that's whom they know.

Could be Irrfan at #4 but doubt it because only the cinephile types would pay attention.

Deepika and Aishwarya are about as likely to end up #5

SRK no doubt.Time will show that he is beyond hits and flops.People love him more than his films. that is the difference.
