I think Neha has some trouble with her marriage

I hope she has drama with Ishu, that she's somehow holds resentment for the fact that Ish doesn't even care about her now that she's married, I'm just really hoping for Dixit family dynamics and not these random third angle characters in each track. I'm done with "tracks" as a whole, just internal dynamics is enough to fuel the show

This is Dev's oldest younger sister Neha. She really resented Ishwari, who heavily sidelined her as a child as compared to Dev who got preference in every way. They were very poor, and couldn't afford to educate her, so she lost her whole childhood taking care of her two younger sisters while Ishwari and Dev went to work. Even in her adulthood, she still held on to that resentment because Dev is clearly Ishwari's favourite, she never treated her daughters the way she treats him.

She used to be married to someone called Ranveer, but that ended in divorce, she's currently married to someone else.
