Pallavi cannot imagine the bad and therefore doesn't even entertain those ideas (we saw her do this with Mandar, and now she's doing it with Raghav). Raghav is too stubborn to change on his own, so he needs motivation/ a catalyst to make himself change.

We all human and she itself knows she married a don. Raghav never showed goody boy to her so when she sees different information on her own eyes instead of ignoring she should think of it..she can always trust him but she shouldn't say he can't do any wrong because he itself done many wrong things with her so obviously she is going to get heart broken 💔💔 when she comes across this and top of it raghav also hiding from her so it's going to difficult for her but she will be always beside him.. raghav also needs to taste it's own medicine so that he can mend himself of doing his business.. both will comes to common ground and bounce back.
