That was when he began to think he is not the right guy for her because of what she expected her husband to be and Dev fit perfectly whereas she considered Shiva to be the devil and there is nothing common between them. Things started to spiral down from there and Shiva started to feel insecure. Raavi’s useless friends made it worse at various times and he lost it on the day they went for mannat for GauRa. Their huge showdown happened and questioned her character and the rest you know.

BTW, after Shiva reads the diary, Raavi catches him. She tried to reason that those thoughts were before marriage and her chapter with Dev was over and burnt it.
Shiva thinks given a choice to Raavi, will never pick him up to be her husband. He thinks she was forced to marry him only because of her circumstances.

Dhara was the one who made the chole andolan reference 😆

Also dev had a dialogue where he told Shiva that he was merely a "side character" in the lives of Shiva and Raavi, right from their childhood. So they can pick up that as well is they want to.

So the makers can use the two of them as well 😆

The makers have the material. They just have to use it!
