This line has such a deep meaning and it can be interpreted in so many ways.this is the PS I love.layered aesthetic scenes open to analysis ❤️.

The CVs have time and again hinted towards a rich childhood history between shivi, and most of the times it has been shiva who has brought up the childhood link.raavi has always been oblivious to that part of her life, or she was too lost in dev to acknowledge Shiva's role in her childhood.which makes me hopeful that raavi's realisation will have something to do with her thinking about shiva and her bachpan ke kisse.

The Dev and shiva scene in which he had referred to himself as the third angle makes me believe that there is much more between them than what meets the eye.

Idk how often Raavi thinks of their childhood bond but the one instance that keeps popping to my head is during the bus ride to the Haveli where Raavi reveals she had fought with the vendor to give Shiva a plate of food. Shiva obviously had brushed it off as it being nothing but I wonder if as a kid it meant something more to him knowing that she was fighting for him so that he would get something to eat. Again, I don't remember the full context of the scene as to why she chose to share that moment but there's definitely something there. Perhaps not romantic, but definitely an affection. Otherwise she wouldn't have fought so hard for him.

That was a beautiful scene ❤️

I wish we get more such subtle references to their childhood.

Gotcha. I forgot about ten days. I assumed it was ten years and had a proper recollection of her parents.

I'm not so sure about him having feelings for her since childhood. It's common sense that if a guy wants a girl to like her then you treat them with respect, not bully them around. (Not talking about when they were kids, but moreso when they grew up to become adults. He could have definitely changed his ways so that she at least liked him as a friend.)

What you're saying is absolutely right, but that's in a normal scenario of a boy wanting a girl to like him. Here, Shiva doesn't want her to like him nor does he intend to befriend her because of his history with Mami - anything to do with Maami is a no-no. What makes it interesting is he can't quite be indifferent to her or "hate" her regardless, and that has manifested in the form of aggression and spitfire reactions, these things have always been present in the subtle nuances that unfortunately got lost with the charm of the show. And he can't digest her not giving him priority, either.

While you can decide what you want and how you deal with your latent emotions, you can't always control what you desire, nor can you help the way you feel about someone regardless of not wanting to be affected in such a manner. This kinda applies to real life, too, outside of romantic scenarios.

Then again, this is what I picked up from the intial postleap uptill haveli, including the preleap scenes. Perhaps it's my interpretation of things influenced by an interest I don't have for the show now :)

If that is truly the case with Shiva, then I'm sorry but he needs to get his shit together. There is absolutely no reason as to why Raavi has to suffer just because he can't either a) figure out how he feels or b) learn how to be a decent human being until he figures things out.

His aggressive attitude simply cannot be excused.

I do too!

While I was making a gif set, Raavi had mentioned writing about Shiva in her diary quite a bit. Did we ever get a follow-up on that?

Dhara brought the topic up for them to talk after the kidnapping track when Raavi misunderstood him. It was about who fought for chole for whom😆

Dhara purposely gave information about the story, Raavi corrected her saying she got the chole for Shiva and not Krish😆

Unn dinon ka bachpan ke kisse toh bahut saare hai😃

adjust karati aari hai - another random thought

what if raavi used to give all the best things to dev because of her massive crush on him while shiva used to get all the "leftovers"? or if he was merely an afterthought but never the first to be on her mind.

We got a sort of a follow up in the diary kaand, where Shiva read some of what Raavi thought about him pre-marriage. But post marriage, we don't know what Raavi has written about Shiva in her diary

All these childhood references are really interesting! I hope the CVs don't forget about shiva's dialogue "adjust karati aa rahi hai" and we get more on what he meant. That would shed so much light onto how their childhood really was.

Even GauRa and dev can contribute here, since they have seen shivi's childhood interactions
