BTW, what was Shiva talking about when he said that bachpan se adjust krati ayi haiđ€
Taking a guess here: but I think he's talking about her being adopted. With the loss of her parents, she probably had to move to Somnath, change schools, make new friends etc. And I believe Mama-Mami's financial state wasn't too great either. So she probably had to make do with a lot of what she had.
And then the biggest adjustment she had to make: marrying him for the sake of her uncle.
There have been a lot of instances in Raavi's life where she had absolutely no say in the matter and she simply had to make do with what she was being offered despite her not liking the situation.

It's meant to say that since childhood Raavi has made him adjust.
It could reference how he had to settle for never being her priority right from childhood.

Raavi was brought home 10 days after her birth when her parents died, so no adjusting or memories there. And Shiva was referring to himself with that dialogue, not sure if it alludes to the fandom's headcannon of him harbouring some degree of affection for her since childhood - it's common consensus that his world has always revolved around her, his reactions to her are always extreme and he never particularly enjoyed Raavi overlooking him for Dev.
No hopes, but it would be nice if they FINALLY DECIDED to explore the childhood angle.
why does the makers always tease us with this type of childhood reference đąOriginally posted by: Transference

And then they forget about it in the very next episode .

You wrote krati aayi hai so I thought you meant karti. đ
I just watched the scene, and yeah, he said karati meaning he has been adjusting for her. Which is true since she has been invading his life since they were kids and he has always had to jhel her even though he didn't like it. Same thing applies to their marriage.

Gotcha. I forgot about ten days. I assumed it was ten years and had a proper recollection of her parents.
I'm not so sure about him having feelings for her since childhood. It's common sense that if a guy wants a girl to like her then you treat them with respect, not bully them around. (Not talking about when they were kids, but moreso when they grew up to become adults. He could have definitely changed his ways so that she at least liked him as a friend.)
