If its the third one i really really need to know how😂

Every year i go to doctor, my number had increased. And had to hear yelling from my mom that i should just stay with my phone.

Contacts i doubt . maybe he did surgery or itna jyada number nhi hoga so with time apne aap theek o gya

Generally jb 0.25 -0.50 number hota hai and wearing specs regularly apne aap theek o jaata hai

really I didnt know that it could improve if number is so low. Oh well mera is higher so I doubt mine will improve 😭

Haan agr km number hai and starting main you take precautions then apne aap theek o jaata hai happened with few of friends and family members

Or maybe its just temporary . Working continuously in front of computer screen then doctor might have recommended to use specs for few months or so

even mine is higher and i am left with surgery as only option

could be. mera to computer se hi bada hai aur improve hone ki umeed nahi since my work is on the computer only 😭
