PART- 2

Raavi came to the store early morning as she had promised.she was prepared for the worst. Shiva will surely take advantage of this situation and rejoice at his victory and her loss.she pouted and stood in front of him.

Shiva looked up.she was wearing a simple Yellow suit.she had silver earrings on and her hair held high up in a ponytail.

" Ab ghoor kya raha hai? Bol kya karna hai mujhe " raavi asked

Shiva brought a broom and gave it to her.

" Tu mujhse jhadu karwayega? Tu Somnath ki sabse khubsurat ladki se jhadu karwayega?" Raavi asked him in disbelief.

" Kyu? Somnath ki sabse khubsurat ladki ke haath nahi hai kya? " Shiva asked

Raavi glared at him and took the broom and began to sweep the floor cursing him.

" Woh udhar dekh, thoda dhul reh gaya " shiva said

" Kahaan? " She asked

" Are dekh na acche se, udhar " he said

Raavi again swept that part and continued.

Shiva was having fun. She looked cute when angry.

Her nose went all red.

Wait? Did she just call this maamikibehenkibeti cute? Focus shiva.she is your arch enemy.

Raavi was done with the work, when shiva pointed at the wiper.

" Pocha bhi? " She asked with her eyes wide.

" Yeh kaisa sawal hai raavi? Jhadu ke baad pocha hi to lagate hai ." Shiva said with an overly sweet smile which made raavi want to strangle him but she controlled herself.

Bas ek din raavi.bas ek din.

She went and started doing the pocha.

After she was done, she went to the fridge and took out a coldrinks.

" Ae, wapas rakh.yahaan free ka thusna allowed nahi hai tujhe " shiva said coming to her.

" Itna kaam karawaya.mai thak gayi.aur mujhe pyas bhi lagi hai." She said and drank the coldrinks.

" Itne mai thak gayi? Abhi to din shuru bhi nahi hua hai.phoolkumari hai kya? " He asked

" Hann to sab teri tarah chattan Singh nahi hote " she replied back.

" Pandya " he said

" Chattan pandya. Ab Khush? " she said.

Shiva got busy attending to the customers.raavi helped him with some store work.

Then a truck came with some Boris.

Shiva eyed raavi and told her to go get them.

" Ab tu mujhse boriyan uthwayega shiva? " Raavi asked him pouting.

" Kyu? Tera to bachpan se sapna hai na Pandya Store sambhalne ka.tujhe to mujhe thank you bolna chahiye.itni acchi training jo de raha hu tujhe " he said

" Pandya store sambhalne ka sapna tha.teri tarah boriyan uthane ka nahi " raavi answered back

" Dukann sirf gale par baithkar hukum chalane se nahi chalti.aur bhi bahut kaam hote hai.deliveries karna, boriya uthana,mandi se maal laana, hisab kitab sahi rakhna." Shiva continued with a glint of pride in his eyes.he was passionate about the store.it was his father's dream, his brother and bhabis sacrifice and hardwork,his mother's emotions .how could he not love what he did?

Raavi softened when he heard shiva.he has always been more attached to the store than dev or krish.he has helped gombi right from childhood.when other kids were busy playing, he would be giving gombi a helping hand, keenly observing kaka deal with the customers.

" Kya? Ab aise kya dekh rahi hai? Yeh cute si shakal mat bana mere saamne, iska mujhpar koi asar nahi hone wala." Shiva said pointing a finger towards her.

" Kya kaha tune? Phir se bol.tune mujhe cute kaha? " Raavi squealed in excitement.

Shiva held his head with his hands.

*What did he do? Now this maamikibehenkibeti won't stop gloating *

" Ae gadhdi.tere kaan baj rahe hai.aur yeh kya khade khade time pass kar rahi hai? Jaa aur woh boriya utha " shiva said trying to change the topic.

"Aaj to mai bahut khush hu.tu bhi kya yaad rakhega ki Somnath ki sabse cute ladki ne tere dukaan Mai boriya uthayi thi" raavi said and happily went near the truck.

Shiva had lost count of how many times he had to hear her self praise in a day.this girl was so self obsessed.

Raavi went near the truck and started biting her nails.

She tried to hold the bori and pull it towards her but was not successful.she pouted and again tried to pull the bori out putting one leg on the truck.

Shiva was amused by her antics.did she really think she can pick that up.but she won't admit that she is a phoolkumari.would she?

Raavi managed to pull half the bori out and was attempting to lift it up when shiva rushed towards her and picked it up.

Raavi looked at shiva confused.why was he helping her ?

" Tu meri madad kyu kar raha hai? " She asked

" Rehne de.tere bharose raha to shaam tak ek hi bori andar jayegi .yeh bachkani challenge mai apne dhande ka nuksaan nahi kar sakta " shiva said.

Raavi made a face and went aside.

Shiva opened his shirt and continued carrying the Boris inside.raavi observed him doing so.beads of sweat were forming on his forehead and his biceps were looking more prominent.he looked so ...manlyy.the ease with which he was carrying the sacks as if they had cotton inside them.shiva finished the task and saw raavi gawking at him.

" Muh band kar.makhi ghus jayegi " shiva said with a smirk.

" Huhh.." raavi was flustered and avoided looking at him.

Shiva got busy with a customer and raavi silently handled the bills for sometime.

" Aaj mujhe puri halwa khane ka bahut mann kar raha hai " shiva said

" To dhara bhabi ko bol.woh to teri muh se nikli hui har farmaish puri karti hai.isliye to tu itna bigda hua hai. " Raavi smiled sarcastically.

" Dhara bhabi kyu? Aaj to meri har farmaish puri karne ki baari teri hai na " shiva said with an equally sarcastic smile.

Raavi's mouth formed an o.

She slammed the pen and went out of the store.shiva smiled at her retreating form.

" Pata nahi dhara di kab lautegi? Is bhootnath ko wohi sambhal sakti hai.kahaan phas gayi tu raavi? Kya zaroorat thi bina soche samjhe challenge lagane ki? " She muttered to herself while making puris.she was in the kitchen is of pandya niwas.dev had gone to college and the family had not returned back from the wedding yet.

Shiva came inside and took in the aroma of freshly fried puris.

Jo bhi bolo,yeh chipkali khana Bahut accha banati hai

He freshened up and sat on the floor.

Raavi brought out a plate for him.

Dekho kaise nawabo ki tarah khane baith gaya.

She served him puri and halwa.

" pehle tu khaa " he said

" Kyu? Mujhe abhi bhul nahi hai " she said and faced away angrily.

" Kyaa pata tune isme zeher milaya ho.risk nahi le sakte na. Abhi meri umar hi kya hai.deepika jaisi ladki se shaadi bhi to nahi hui " shiva said dreamily.

" Kya kaha tune? Deepika jaisi ladki se shaadi karni hai tujhe? Shakal dekhi hai apni? " She smirked at him

" Tujhse to acchi hi hai.chipkali " he muttered.

Raavi rolled her eyes and took one puri and gobbled it Along with the halwa.she ate one more as it was really tasty.

Shiva smiled at her.he couldn't let her stay hungry.could he?

" Ho gayi tasalli? Tere saamne sahi salamat baithi hu.ab zyada nakhre mat kar aur kha " she said

" Bahut garmi lag rahi hai " He said

" Kya? " Raavi asked

" Mujhe pankha kar.udhar newspaper pada hai." Shiva pointed out at the paper

" Tu yahaan raja ki tarah baithkar khayega aur mai daasi ki tarah baithkar tujhe Pankha karu? " She said fuming

"Yehi to challenge tha na.bhul gayi? " Shiva reminded her.

raavi got up and brought the paper.she started fanning him while he enjoyed the delicious puri and halwa taking his own sweet time.

Finally he was done.

" Waise tu chahe to ek aur puri kha sakti hai.tujhe challenge pura karne ke liye shayad zyada energy ki zaroorat pade " shiva said

" Tu mujhse aur kaam karwayega? " She asked

" Baat to pure din ki hui thi.abhi to bas adhaa din hua hai na? " Shiva said innocently.

That's it.raavi has had enough.if he thought he was smart then she was double smart.she had to think of a way to get out of this mess.there was no way she was following his orders anymore.time to give him a taste of his own medicine.raavi smiled thinking about a plan.
