He took her video so he must be there in the shot or the scene otherwise he doesnt have to be there.

Looks like maybe krishna or nikhil hurt maybe. I think pallavi gets to shop and sees someone hurt and calls raghav. She tries to save the person which is how she gets blood on her hands.
