The people who already dislike her, and the people who watch more for Raghav than anything else, those kind of dialogues will never be good enough and that's exactly why she gets bashed. We, here in Pallavi's AT, can defend her all we want & can theorize & create headcanons for everything she does, but we can't sit and ignore the "pass" she gets by the writers for not owning up to her share of the mistakes/wrong decisions she's made, the way adults often do.

However, I'm going to place this blame solely on the writers. They not only never give Pallavi enough self-reflection scenes, they also don't have her owning up to the mistakes she's made. The two combined are why audience members often disconnect with her. I've been in the same boat in the past.

I will say, on the opposite side, that Raghav doesn't often or ever need a sorry from Pallavi. Her mistakes are often because of the circumstances she's placed in, not out of deceit or malice. Raghav often times makes the mistake on purpose - often times out of deceit, and before they fell in love, for malice - thus his need to apologize is more apparent.

Fria your post is on point, it's the classic trope of tv tbat female lead is mahan and makes no mistakes so no need for an apology.

Unfortunately we dont get much needed conversations so that an apology can be added through. The writers are to be blamed here solely.

I really like your perspective on why Raghav apologises for his mistakes vs why Pallavi doesn't need to (in Raghav's eyes).

Raghav should not have lied, especially after he saw how Kirti took advantage of tracker situation , he has already tricked Pallavi quite a few times , if he keeps on doing such things, he’ll lose her trust one day.

This is why I think they have introduced this track. Raghav needs to learn to not trick Pallavi. Today also she was upset only abt the fact that he lied to her. He could have told her that he will handle it his way or something rather than lying. She has always trusted him over her better judgement or over what the world says. She doesn't deserve to be lied to by Raghav.

I see complains about why Pallavi didn’t insist Raghav to file complain against Sulochana and that’s why she failed Kirti , she’s worst sister in law , though in my opinion that decision was Raghav and Kirti’s, Pallavi wasn’t in condition back then to think about it, poor girl wanted to end her own life .

And then there are complains and snide remarks that she intervenes too much and will get Kirti married etc etc, I’m happy Kirti did honours herself.

I’m confused ? People have problem with her doing things for Raos and not doing certain things too .

Raghav was right in setting Keerti straight for her misbehaving with Amma.

I'm not liking Amma and Raghav's behaviour. Raghav had always been like that but I expected better from Amma. Pallavi will try explaining but by then shaadi will have been done.

I loved the D house drama. VD was clearly sidelined today. No one's going to give him any attention, serves him right. Pallavi Krishna interaction was so nice and I loved how Pallavi told her that you don't fall in love with the body of a person but the heart.

I liked how Raghav explained to her that their businesses are different and they are different so their ways to tackle a situation is different. I loved how Pallavi told him that while she may not agree with him, she'll try to understand his perspective. That's how a marriage works.

Did u realise what did Pallavi find out after he said sorry for lying? The freeze point seemed like she realised something but it wasn't shown properly.

Farhad and RR scene was really good. Gave old don vibes 🙂 This is who he is. Ruthless. I also loved how they showed him give money for the family of that servant but it was also to make him and everyone keep quiet. These were smuggled diamonds and couldn't attract attention. I'm surprised how Sunny is always able to find Raghav at the right time in such a big city. Uska tattoo parlor band ho gaya kya 🤪

Also, I'm loving how they are incorporating the earlier events of the show now. Like, Pallavi reminding abt the Sulo necklace incident, Krishna reminded about how Sunny behaved with her and how Raghav reminded her of her mobile being found between the pillows the last time. Kudos to writers to remember even the smallest of scenes and add them back to the dialogues.

That's all for today. Enjoyed the episode due to its fast pace and effective flow.

yes! i loved todays episode! We got the small moments that show their closeness/intimacy, nothing was out of place, everything had great flow and the scenes made sense. I also think Pallavi realized something - and maybe this is why Nikhil comes back or will get involved. I loved Pallavi boosting Krishna's confidence, so sweet.

I also agree that Raghav and Amma are doing the most right now. Even then Raghav I get bc he's stubborn about these things - I don't expect him to turn a new leaf about Sunny (not that he should.. he still doesn't even know that he helped drug Pallavi. SMH writers, what are you all doing by forgetting THAT detail.). Amma I also don't expect change her mind about Sunny but I also am not sure if I would've pegged her as a "force my daughter into marriage" type of mom. Earlier she definitely was like, let Keerti make her own mistakes - so why are they forcing her now?

I am a bit weirded out that we're going to have to see Pallavi basically "advocating" for Sunny + Keerti, when she doesn't know the extent to which they wronged her. Sigh, can you tell I just want that drug kaand truth to come out?

I wonder if they’ll show her losing her trust on him , he has earned it by sincere efforts, but his impulsive behaviour might cause trouble in paradise since Pallavi isn’t meek either , she’s as stubborn as him 😆.

Sunny has been trying since a long time to break her trust on Raghav.

Yeah its really apparent to me, that Pallavi has no bad bone in her body. She does nothing out of malice, intention to hurt, or intention to deceive people (except Mandar and people who are wrong). So I know she's sorry for things she's done that have unintentionally hurt Raghav.

The difference is she did those without knowing it would hurt him.

Raghav does things with the knowledge that it probably will hurt/upset her, if she ever found out (speaking post-marriage things here). He knows her well enough to know these things, yet he lies to her anyway, and thus he needs to apologize to her anyway. This track was definitely introduced to maybe not make him 'straight-laced' but to get him to stop keeping so many secrets. Yeah Pallavi doesn't need to help him make business decisions, or be consulted in business decisions, but she should know the bounds in which he operates his business. She has a right to know what he is and is not involved in, for her own sake. Anyone saying otherwise, smh, idk if they've ever been in a relationship before.

Fria, let me try to play the devil's advocate here.

Amma, I guess learnt that Sunny is more vile than she earlier expected so she doesn't want Keerti to make a mistake in the first place. But her actions are wrong. Keerti is an adult and her family can't control her life like this.

Makes sense why Nikhil is back now. Also, yes the comfort of physical closeness is so cute.

Pallavi isn't advocating Sunny for Keerti, she clearly told Raghav that they should try and explain Keerti why Sunny isnt right for her - she has been saying this since hyderbad. She doesn't agree with the way they are forcing things on her because Keerti won't be happy in a forced marriage. Will they bring Raghvi forced marriage conversation here?

Fria, bhool bhool the drug incident. Max you can hope is that when Sunny's truth is out, Keerti or Sunny bring this out but I won't bet on it.

@bold: People just always have a problem with her. I haven't been here since the beginning of the show/forum days, but apparently many disliked her from the beginning. Smh. Idk why they're still watching. Siku has clearly pointed out its #Raghvi against the world. 🤣 I'm so traumatized by Raghvi text on the screen
