I can argue a case that would be nice if either of them win. I don't want a shared victory though. They are still immature and it might not move the story forward. So here's the cases I can provide for each victory:
Shiva's Victory
--Shiva wins the bike, showing off his happiness, and Raavi stands at the side. Even though things didn't turn out favorably for her, she can't help but smile when she sees Shiva's happiness
--He rides across town with his new bike, and when Krish wants to sit on his bike, he refuses telling Krish that only a special person can sit on his bike (he wants Gaumbi to sit on the bike and feel proud of his victory), Raavi overhears the conversation
--No one sits on the bike since Dhara and Gaumbi are not interested in speaking to him as long as the MU continues
--After the MU clears, Shiva arrives at Raavi's house and motions for her to sit on the bike. Raavi thinks back to the conversation he had with Krish and becomes excited, asking him if she was special enough to sit on his bike. And he nods his head and says, "Tum meri biwi ho. Tum hamesha mere liye khaas ho."
Raavi's Victory
--Raavi wins the bike and jumps around in excitement. Even though this was Shiva's first loss in 5 years, he can't help but smile when she plays around with the bike handles. He remembers how brave she was, and that reminded him of his first competition years ago. He lost then, but he was happy at her victory today. He silently promises to win next year.
--While he is out making deliveries, he notices her playing around with the bike, telling her friends that she is a master bike rider. He's completely flabbergasted as he knew she was unable to ride any types of bikes. He walks up to her and goads her into riding her bike so she can show off her riding skills. Raavi becomes angry and tells him off, saying she would, but she doesn't feel healthy. So Shiva suggests they hold the competition in 2 weeks and her friends agree.
--Raavi is completely angry, and decides to practice riding the bike in her spare time. Shiva sees her struggling with amusement and he taunts her some more. They engage in some nok-jhok, and he eventually tells her that he will teach her how to ride as long as she apologizes. Raavi refuses and Shiva shrugs his shoulders, spinning a story of how she would be a complete embarrassment in front of her friends.
--Not wanting to look bad in front of her friends, Raavi mutters an apology, and Shiva begins his lessons. Every day, they spend an hour together, bantering and learning about each other in the process. Eventually Raavi learns about Shiva, and Shiva learns about Raavi. Their MU slowly resolves.
--Raavi's competition day arrives. She manages to impress her friends with her skills. After her friends leave, Shiva congratulates her, and Raavi smiles since this is the first civil conversation they've had. Before she leaves, he asks her if she is willing to give him a ride, and she says, "Always."
