I feel like her father wasn’t serious about her consent but then her mother and saas would’ve listened to her, she’s hell bent on self pitying and victimizing herself when she has ample opportunity to say no, especially to her mother.

Mahi’s character was supposed to make us cry, but till now she only made my laugh or yawn 🥱
