Let me tell, why is it under mature content. When u post a comment or reply or quote anyone you get a option to tick / activate the box show signature , mature content etc - most members in a hurry get that clicked unknowingly.

I don't know about that as I did not checked it. But yes, I think warning is given to all the forum page regarding mature content. Since UD is few months old, mod is making sure such thing does not happen by warning us before hand because trust me when I said there were few mischief makers who create account and posting such thing.
