Wild theory about Pritam's backstory

So in the previous episode, we saw Pritam mentioning a woman to Mansoor uncle who keeps on tormenting him. Before that, he reacted extremely to Amrita's celebration with the family when her baby kicked for the first time.

One guess could be Pritam going through an ugly divorce due to him losing his child because of the dangerous nature of his job and the wife blaming him for the loss. If this happens, they have a readymade vamp track ahead.

Even I thought so initially but now I think, Pritam has a wife and he was going to have a child with her but his job came in between, due to which both his wife and child were killed. The woman tormenting him can be his wife's mother who blames him for his daughters death. Wild guess I know but I have a gut feeling.

You guys tell me what you think, I'm just wildly guessing🤣

I had similar thought....

He must be dealing with seperation or loss of his own child.... The case might either be his divorce or the parents of his wife and child.... Smthin on those lines....

As Mansoor uncle is helping him, I am guessing his job profile might be like undercover cop or informer kind.... That makes sense.....

Shaddy behaviour and fishing out drug raket kind....

There's an alternate trope where his ex wife and him are total loggerheads, can't get along and get on each other's nerves al the time. OMG the drama is gonna be hilarious🤣 nothing sad🤣

If they're gonna bring an ex wife in, I'd quit the show. Already all the star plus shows are based on EMA, two women and a man, I don't want this show to go through a similar lane

yeah.The show is already gonna have angad-meera-kabir triangle anyways...leads ke story mein nahi chahiye 😆 We already have Tutu anuty and Soni crushing over Pritam😆...no ex-wife plz cvs.

I have something very specific but I can't find it at the moment and I don't remember the trope exactly.

(Writing trope or a prompt)

It went something like this: the hero saves the day, his ex: (totally unimpressed) yeah this okay but you couldn't do --- when you had the time.

He's like : I don't care. (They start fighting) 🤣

It was better but I read it long ago. I'll try to find that post and share it with you.

@bold - that's what I think it pretty much is!! His reaction to the baby kicking was very telling and intense.

That's what I was thinking about too.

But I still hope this is not the case. Two women and one man please I am bored and disgusted with this. 🤢It will also decrease Amrita and Pritam's credibility as characters. The story is about their contrasting personalities and dragging another woman .......a big no no.👎🏼

A case with his estranged mother could be a reason behind his actions.

What if he had a neglectful wife, who didn't want the child and probably had a miscarriage due to some reasons, things went bad and then he just decided to get a divorce and she made things ugly. Now she doesn't want to see him happy and is harrassing him by asking alimony and portion of property etc.?

Sounds like a good backstory, tragic but not as much.😆
