Ok let me tell you in brief! This FL’s sister falls in love with the ML. ML and FL love each other! FL decides to sacrifice for her sister. This sacrifice track continued for 1-1.5 months! Usme the FL yells, shouts at the ML, fights with him, goes back to her ex so that the ML starts hating her! Last episode me FL’s sister and ML are getting married and FL and her ex are getting married in the same mandap! Suddenly during the pheras the FL collapses and they take her to the hospital! The doctor tells everyone that the FL is suffering from some deadly disease and needs kidney transplant asap! The FL’s sister realizes in the last episode that ML and FL love each other and she decides to donate he kidney to the FL! End me FL marries ML and they live happily ever after. This happens in the last episode and they show a quick 5 min suhaagraat too 🤣🤣
