"Anna shaant ho jaiye police investigate kar rahi hai." Farhad tried stopping Anna who zoomed past everyone towards their bedroom.

"Farhaad mereko janna hai ki idhar kya hua hai!" he shouted turning back on the stairs.

"Aur hum jaanenge Anna lekin abhi police apna kaam kar rahi hai na." Farhad replied.

"Lekin main intezaar nahin kar skta hai. " he snapped back trying to walk inside his room only to be stopped by the guards.

"Sir aap andar nahin jaa sakte yahan investigation chal rahi hai." one of the guards stopped him only to recieve a death glare in return. Inspector heard the commotion and hence ordered the guards to let this beast in.

"Sir abhi kuch pata nahin chala hai. Poora ghar saaf kar chuke hai woh jaise yahan kuch hua hi nahin hai. Kuch bhi missing ya broken nahin hai." he informed him.

"Nahin Rana idhar kuch toh gadbad hoyega. Mera Pallavi weak nahin tha." he spoke back looking around when his gaze fell on a particular space on the wall.

"Farhad" he spoke.

"Kya hua Anna?" Farhad asked.

"Idhar se woh photo gayab hai. Mera aur Pallavi ka photo idharich tha woh gayab hai." he spoke.

"But hume koi frame nahin mila hai sir bass ma'am ka phone mila hai jisme last text Mr Farhad ko bheja hai unhone." Inspector Rana replied.

"Sir woh cctv footage aa gayi hai." one of the constable informed them and hence they all moved down to the hall. The family was inconsolable, Amma held Raghav's hand who didn't recirpocate anything back. As if his soul had left his body long ago and what stood was a cold flesh figure.

"Isko tv par connect karo." Rana ordered and soon enough the footage was played. everyone covered their eyes to not able to face the worst but got confused because in the initial 15 seconds they watched a few men in masks walk through the doors as they spryaed black paint all over the camera lenses.

"Damn it! Inhone sab cover kardiya hai." Farhad spoke in anger.

"Mr Rao hume inhe identify krne main kaafi tiem lgega. Maine road ka cctv footage mangwaya hai lekin kuch keh nahin skte hai." Rana spoke but Raghav, well he stood where he was.

"Anna aap sunn rahe hai na?" Farhad kept his hand on his buddies shoulder.

"Video rewind kar" Raghav roared to which Rana too gave an approval. 10 seconds into the video and Raghav shouted them to pause. He walked to the big screen eyeing a particular man.

"Kya hua Anna?" Farhad asked.

"Jay" Raghav spoke in a whisper.

"Kaun Anna?"

"Jay Krishna Rao. Yeh gang ka mark ussi ke wrist par hota hai. Krishna Rao ka beta." Raghav roared while Amma shut her eyes knowing the wrath that was supposed to follow. Raghav pulled the table down on the floor crashing everything with it.

"Krishna Rao!!!!" he screamed as Amma held him.

"Raghav shant hoja abhi hume thande dimaag se kaam lena hoga. Woh bahut dangerous hai."

"Amma woh Krishna Rao merese mera Pallavo chheen liya usko main maar dalega. Zinda jala dega usko main." he screamed when his phone pinged with a message.

Main jaanta tha ki mera Raghav bahut smart hai. bahut jaldi pehchaan gaya mujhe. The text read. raghav looked around to understand who must have leaked the information from here but found everyone engrossed in their works.

"Kaun hai Anna?" farhad asked.

"Woh Krishna Rao woh jaanta hai hum kya kar rahe hai. Woh-" before he could speak any further his phone pinged again with a video this time. raghav looked up at farhad who quickly understood his Anna and attached his phone to the tv.

What followed were the shrieks of everyone as they saw Krishna Rao and Pallavi on the screen. The way she was tied and how they treated her Raghav fiste his palm unable to take it until they heard the bullet shots and saw her body crumple into a limp. Amma fell onto the ground with Aai beside her, everyone running to catch these emotional mothers but raghav was silent. He had in that very moment died a thousand deaths. Farhad knew it but even he was speechless as anger rushed through his veins.

Yeh tera returned gift tha. Came another text.

Chal ek aur ehsaan kardeta hoon. Tujhe apni shakal dikha hi deta hoon. Aaja wahin jahan main tujhe chhodhkar gaya tha. A final one followed and Raghav knew the address. He had it pinned inside his mind since the past one decade. Without looking around or waiting for anyone. He grabbed his gun and walked out Farhad walking behind him when he stopped at the door.

"Farhad tu yahi ruk." Raghav ordered.

"Woh meri bhabhi hai Anna. Agar aaj ruk gaya toh poori zindagi Bhabhi ko aur apne Allah ko muh nahin dikha paunga." he replied back as both the boys better known as FaRag left for their destination.

"Krishna Rao bahar nikal" Raghav screamed as soon as he got down from the car.

"Raghav. Raghav. Raghav" came a voice through the door.

"Darta kya hai bahar nikal. Tune aaj mujhse mera sab chheen liya. 10 saal pehle tu bach gaya tha lekin aaj nahin bachega." he shouted. Minutes later an army of men walked out the door with Jay and Krishna following out too.

"Nana dekhiye mera bhai aaya hai. Bhabhi ka naya shringaar kaisa laga bhaiya." Jay teased.

"Ayee " Raghav screamed.

"Relax beta waise manna padega meri bahu bahut achchi thi bilkul tere jaisi. Wahi aankhon main gussa lekin narmaiyat ke saath. Wahi seene main aag." Krishna Rao sat on the chair brought out for him.

"Aaj tera qissa hi khatam kardega main" raghav roared.

"Main bhi toh yahi chahta hoon ki aaj duniya se ek rao kam ho jaye. Lekin unfortunately woh Rao tu hai." Krishna Rao spoke as he signalled his men for the fight.

Raghav and Farhad launched themselves towards the group only to be supported by Harish and a 15 other men that he brought along. Farhad gave a nod to Harish as they all fought their nick and battle. Jay watching his men struggle joined the lot only to be badly bruised by the alpha. raghav dragged him by his hair in the similar way he had dragged Pallavi pushing him down to the ground. He then made farhad hold him as he knocked his senses out. Farhad pulled him by his neck making him watch the bloodshed that was about to happen. Raghav walked towards Krishna Rao who still sat on the same chair smiling at him while Harish and the men tackled others. he looked no less than the aplha lion of the jungle walking towards his prey.

"Lagta hai tujhe kahaani main maza nahin aaya" Krishna Rao laughed watching Raghav's expressions.

"Kahaani toh teri khatam hogi aaj Krishna Rao. Aisi ki poori duniya yaad rakhegi." he roared kicking the chair making the old man stumble on the ground.

"Tune jo kuch bhi mere aur meri family ke saath kara aaj tu uss sabb ka hisaab dega. wada kara hai apni biwi se , apne pyaar se ki aaj tere khoon ki holi se poora Hyderabad rangega main. " he sat down closer to him. Krishna Rao knew his death was near. even if he had ran away , he knew that damage he did was huge and that Raghav would have hunted him down one way or the other but he was the alpha of his gang. He had vowed to never back down without a fight. A fight he had already lost as soon as raghav walked out of his car. Raghav turned to look at a badly bruised Jay who was held by farhad, forced to look at his father's death.

Raghav picked up the oil can from the door of the old factory area walking around Krishna Rao who laid on the floor after the fall. Chucking the can away he turned on the lighter throwing it on the ground as the fire encircled the old man's body in the centre.

'Ayee yeh kya kar raha hai!!" Krishna Rao screamed not expecting Raghav to give him such a dreadful death.

"Tera antin sanskaar jo 10 saal pehle ho jaana chahiye tha." raghav replied in a monotone as he kept looking at the fire and then him. Angling his gun downwards he took a heavy breathe as he imagined everyone who he had lost due to this man standing opposite to him in the fire.

"Yeh mera Nana ke liye" One bullet to the chest.

"yeh mera bhai Arjun ke liye" Second bullet.

"Yeh mera Amma aur mera behen ko 10 saal mujhse dur rakhne ke liye" Third bullet.

"Aur yeh Mera Pallavi ko mujhse chheenne ke liye" Three bullet shots.

Krishna Rao's boy fell onto the ground as the flames took over it burning it down to ashes. Jay cried as he saw his father and his reign going down to hell. Farhad left his neck as he stood beside his Anna watching the end to this war.

"Yeh lijiye inspector aapka mujrim" farhad handed jay to the police as soon as they walked back inside the RR Mansion.

The inspector knew what all had happened. Jay was just being used to cover up the news and the fact that Mrs Pallavi raghav Rao was binded by the law.

"Raghav" Amma ran upto him.

"Amma ek sach batayega" raghav asked her.

"Han" Amma looked at his tired face. No glow in his eyes.

"Kya Pallavi pregnant tha?" he finally asked.

"Raghav" Amma sobbed nodded her head as she clunged onto her son.

"Sir yeh kuch reports apke room main mili thi." a constable handed him a document. raghav looked at them and then at Jay who was being taken away by the police.

Flashback

" Raghav mujhe chhod de" Jay had begged him.

"Tujhe toh main jaan se marunga" Farhad roared.

"Raghav please sab Nana ne kara hai main toh unhe mana krne wala tha jab Pallavi ne mujhe bataya ki woh pregnant hai." he cried and Raghav felt the gun loose from his hands.

"Kya bakwaas kar raha hai tu?" he roared.

"Main sach keh raha hoon. Jab main usse gate se wapas pakadkar laa raha tha tab usne mujhe rokar kaha tah ki main usse jaane doon. Ki woh pregnant hai. Main uske bachche ko bacha loon lekin agar main Nana ko rokta toh woh mujhe bhi maar dete." Jay cried as Raghav looked up in the air feeling his heartbeat for the final time.

Flashback ends

4 Years Later

"Batao kaun hai" a pair of soft hands covered Amma's eyes as she prepared the dining table.

"Umm kahin mera Kanna toh nahin." Amma giggled.

"yaay main aa gayi Amma" a little girl jumped up and down on the floor.

"Lekin bahut late aaya tum abhi tumhara Nana ko pata chala toh kitna gussa krega pata hai." Amma scolded in a non anger way.

"Offo Amma koi don nahin hai Nana, phuski bomb hai." she giggled.

"Han jinka gussa mujhe jhelna padta hai iski wajah se." farhad joined them,

"Amma pata hai aaj chachu aur maine bilkul perfect flowers select kare." the girl smiled in excitement.

'Aur woh kya hai?" came a voice from the door.

"Nana" the girl ran upto her father as Raghav picked his little angel Saishi from the ground twirling her around.

"Yeh dekho main flowers le aayi. Yeh red wala Mumma ke liye kyunki main unse bahut pyaar karti hoon aur yeh yellow wala mere baby brother ya sister ke liye kyunki hum dost hai." she showed her little basket.

"Are wah ab jao apni mumma aur bhai ko de aao." Amma patted her back to which she held Farhad's hand and ran towards the hall standing infront of a huge portrait of Pallavi as she kept the red flower infront of it and then settled the yellow one beside a small ultrasound picture.

"Saishi bilkul Pallavi jaisa hai na." Amma spoke in a soft voice.

"Pata nahin Amma. Pallavi ke baad main toh uss raat uss road par marne ko gaya tha lekin mereko kya pata tha ki udharich mereko mera jeene ka wajah mil jayega ek basked main." Raghav replied smiling at white siloutte infront of his eyes. The Pallavi he used to watch everyday thorugh his eyes stood infront of him cladded in the red saree he always imagined her to be in.

"Main ek wada kiya hai Amma ki jab tak saans hai main idhar Saishi ka dhyaan rkhega aur Pallavi udhar hamara baby ka dhyaan rkhega. Aur main yeh wada nibhayega Amma." he spoke adorning his little bundle of happiness as she had the entire house running behind her.

Finally done. I know this was long but i just didn't wanted to break it into another two chapters so kindly bear with it. I think this has got to be my most favourite write up out there. I have cried writing it as i imagined these scenes but i have always loved explaining this love story.

Okay i think i am way too overwhelmed as i post this now. A month of thoughts and work and it's all yours now.

I read the whole thing from the beginning--the pain, the emotions--it was too overwhelming

uk when I read that there is this girl Saishi--a glimmer of hope came that maybe Pallavi is alive but then by the end she is alive in their hearts and house

Farhad and uske jazbaat towards Pallavi--especially when he says Allah wont forgive him wala line was the perfect thing needed to highlight their relationship

This was truly an overwhelming and emotional read and it really turned out well
