The scene reminded me of Devdas.....where aishwaria's longest pallu is on fire and she keeps running wid that throughout the house😆

On a serious note.....its dangerous. I know someone who suffered 90% burn injuries bcz she was too shy to take off her saree when it caught fire and instead ran out calling for help. By the time people could do anything....she had suffered too many burns bcz saree sticks to your body.

But again ITV it is.....dont expect any sensibilty.

It is dangerous. I remember the set of Beyhaad had caught fire twice. Wedding sequence mein. One of the actresses dupatta had caught fire too apparently.
