Oh crap this makes sense.

That he is "engaged" to Nimra but disturbed coz nothing makes sense. Utne mein so jaata hai...Nimra blanket daalne aati hai, isse Isra dikhti hai and ye uth jaata hai...phir again sad hoga...sochne ke baad usko lagega ki koi scam hai...and he tries to figure out if the people around him scammed him.
