The Divorce Drama
“Raghav bss ek baar yahan aa jaaye, fir mai sab kuch sambhal loongi”
- that’s what the whole divorce drama was about!
This is the same Pallavi who would instead deal with all the troubles, small or big, herself without letting anybody else know. Not even Sharda Aai. But now, not only she feels the need of keeping Raghav in loop, but also seeks his support. Because she knows that he is the one who will be there for her unconditionally, wouldn’t judge her and can take the center stage & be the stronger one, if and when she needs him to. The moment she comes to know about Mandaar , her first instinct is to inform Raghav. I love that Pallavi finally has that kind of security in her life ❤️ They have indeed come a long way.
Seeing no other means to reach Raghav, Pallavi decides to get him to the Deshmukh house instead- and thus she plays Mandaar in his own game, manipulating him into delivering the divorce papers- she know well enough that there’s no way Raghav won’t come to take her home with him, after this.
As soon as Pallavi realised that Mandaar is upto no good, she has so smartly dealt with the obsessive sociopath, used his own weapons against him, has managed to fool Sulochana kaku and sneak out to meet Raghav, all while being fiercely protective of her family . The subtle hints she drops for Raghav during the divorce conversation is an addition to that list. Just with a belief in mind that he will understand, she has put her relationship with Raghav at stake. And even though it scared the hell out of her, she stood there - fierce, witty and strong!

Ye Chhori badi Drama Queen hai
When you face an enemy who has the power to destroy you, you handle him with kid gloves. You form a formidable forge before taking him down. Especially if your loved ones are involved in the cross fire, it becomes vital for you to be always one step forward.
Pallavi and Amrutha had made a plan to fool Mandaar and meet Raghav. It was imperative to meet him, let him know the supporters of Mandaar, so that he could be alert.
Amrutha remarked they had coupons to go the parlor, seeing Sulochana Kaku's face was hilarious. While they were about to rejoice, Mandaar came in, like a sudden gust of wind that blows out all the candles.
He said that Pallavi need not go anywhere, and only Amrutha can go. When Pallavi asked him, saccharine dripping in her voice, Par kyun Mandaar, tum nahi chachte ki mein tumhare liye saju-savru?"
When he said she could do it , but later, she felt annoyed that her plan had gone for a toss. But, she wasn't someone who accepted defeat this easily.
She was Pallavi Raghav Rao. If she could make the Don of Hyderabad accept her terms and conditions, this loser was nothing. Mandaar did not know the spitfire that was Pallavi. She glanced at him from the corner of her eyes.
"Accha bacchu? Abhi batati hoon tumhe".
She stormed from the room, seemingly upset at what Mandaar had said, with him following close behind on her heels.
She knew he would follow her. With crocodile tears that appeared so real, hurt reflecting her in voice, wearing the mask of an hurt lover, she asked him why couldn't she go to the Parlour, and did he not trust her. Her acting was such that, Mandaar was flustered, and was placating her, No that was not the case, and requested her to stop crying. Pallavi continuing the act, "Aisa nahi hota, toh tum khud mujhe parlour leke jaate pamper karne ke liye, Yun mom-ki-gudiya ghar mein nahi kaid karte."
Kaid? Mandaar was appalled, that she thought this and hurried to reassure, no, he didnot want to cage her, while she ignored him as if he didn't say anything. She told him, now excuses were of no use, that she knew she had no place in his life and he just claimed to love her, but truly did not. She said, with a little of defiance, that trust was the foundation of love, and he didnot believe in her.
Well, that was true. Mandaar was just obsessed with her, he did not love her. It was true that she did not have any place in his life because all she wanted was a place in her Raghav's life.
The next dialogue was exactly intended to break the camel's back.
Tumhe lagta hai ki, mein parlour ki bahane mein, uss, uss Raghav se Milne jaaungi.
She knew he was suspecting her, so attacked him where it hurt. By saying this, she made him aware she knew the crux of the issue, and he couldn't give her stupid excuses to stop her at home. Mandaar got flustered and told her no, it was not like that.
Pallavi pretending to be a little angry, asked her Kaku, looking at his face subtly for reactions, asked her if the husband trusted the wife, would he stop her from going anywhere. It was knowing the answer would be in her favour, she deliberately asked Kaku the question. Kaku too told her that, when trust was there, fear was unnecessary. Dekha? asked Pallavi, annoyance reflecting in her face, as if she had proven a point. She asked Maansi, The husband who stopped wives from going outside where those who were afraid of the wife imminent fleeing, weren't they? This was also a strategic question and Maansi did confirm that yes they were, and parlour was a normal place, and why did Mandaar have to stop her. She also said Pallavi wasn't going alone and Amrutha was also going along, wasnt she?
Pallavi felt like giving a fist hump because she knew her plan was working out. At least today her Kaku and Mannsi proved useful to her.
Pallavi turned to Amrutha, closing her eye in a wink, asked her to tell me something too. Amrutha, though slightly flustered, said that she was going along with Pallavi and they would staying together. And he was getting worried for no reason.
To seal the act, Pallavi said maybe he didnot love her, but she did, and she wouldnt disrespect him by going against him, that he didnot want her to go, and she wouldn't. And with this she stormed off once again, as if she was hurt and upset, and bawling was imminent.
Haah! In her mind, Pallavi knew nobody could stop her from going, by hook or crook, she would meet her Raghav today.
Pallavi entered and sat next to Aayi. She remarked how her son will come with his tails tucked in between the legs and excitedly told her how she would be meeting Raghav today.
When Pallavi sensed Amrutha coming into the room, along with Mandaar, she expertly, changed into a mask of dismay and tears, told her that she had to go alone, or with a friend. She emphasized since Mandaar did not allow her, she couldn't come. Amrutha did her part and remarked, how Pallavi was eager to come and could see try and talk to her brother. Pallavi tearfully negated her, no it was no necessary. If he did want to send her, he would have sent her himself, and she didnot want to force him to anything. And that not everything happens according to their whims and fansies.
Just as Pallavi thought, Mandaar fell for her acting and agreed to allow her.
Mandaar told her that what she wanted would always happen and if she wanted to go to the parlour, she could. Pallavi's face lighted up, as if he had done the sweetest thing.
Being her sweet, docile self, she asked him
Pakka na? Tumhe koi problem to nahi hogi na?
Mandaar, the fool that he was, told her no, he didnot have a problem, that he was sorry that he refused to first. Pallavi, with voice sweet as honey, told him Thank you, while he told her he would anything for her smile. Pallavi's face showed her mask excitement and love for him, nodding her head as if pleased with this sentiment.
As Mandaar left the room, she exchanged a hi-fi with Amrutha, expressing delight at the success of their plan.
Her face took a devilish smile as she thought of her plan became successful, and the start of his downfall. Raghav would have been immensely proud of his Saree-ka-Dukkan had he seen this gold-medal worth act.

Meeting Raghav chupke chupke
Hope lighted them up in a merry, giving them a prospect of the dawn they expected to see together. The nights in their life were too long, making them yearn for each other's light. A cruel man did not have the right to foreshadow their luminance, they were made to shine for each other and they did that without a percent of doubt. Raghav was always in Pallavi's thoughts and Pallavi in Raghav's. They dreamt of each other on the broad day light, their life was put in the dark after all. Who else would they see apart from each other as a token of hope?
Even when Mandaar threw thorns on her path, Pallavi smilingly threw them away. Her antics, her actions, her desperation was all made for Raghav. They couldn't wait to see each other, they were careful in the planning. Raghav was shrude about Sulochana, he wouldn't underestimate anybody, the matter was about Pallavi's safety.
Pallavi ran searching for Raghav among the crowds. It took her no time to fool Sulochana, she would do it a hundred times if it means to meet her husband and remain in his safe holds again. He was the home she needed, he was the person who accepted the real her; cherishing her beauty and her flaws equally. When her eyes fall on him, her time froze. Like a lost homesick traveler, she ran to the home she found in him. She hugged him straight, feeling familiar and complete. Raghav took her in, he couldn't stay away from her; the overwhelming feelings almost brought tears. They cried through the embrace, being unable to accept the forced separation anymore. They let their hearts speaks, being in the surreal reality of being able to embrace each other completely.
"Are you okay Pallavi? Mandaar didn`t do anything to you right?"
Raghav knows Mandaar`s extent. He cannot think about Pallavi being in a trouble because of his misconduct, Raghav wouldn`t let that happen; he would end Mandaar`s world when he takes his step forward in that direction. Raghav found his relief only when Pallavi said she was fine. She voiced about being tortured mentally and emotionally and Raghav couldn`t tolerate it. She wanted to speak everything, Raghav was ready to listen; every word, every sentence. He wanted to hear whatever she had in her baggage.
Pushing Aai from the terrace? Killing Devyani? Or the involvement of Sun...even before all the shocks could get absorbed, Pallavi and Raghav had to hide from the evil eyes of their predators. Raghav was angry, confused and stunned. What and all did she have to tolerate in his absence?Raghav`s anger was bubbling up the surface the moment they found Sunny and Mandaar looking for them. Just in the lapse of time, Pallavi grabbed Raghav and ran inside the ladies washroom. Finding Mandaar and Sunny behind them everywhere frustrated Raghav and Pallavi to no ends.
Raghav assured to meet Pallavi even if meant for him to enter the Deshmukh house, he couldn`t fathom the idea of being away from her and letting her loom around in danger all alone. Pallavi nodded her head and began to retrace her steps. Raghav watched her walk away from him unwillingly. They were close at the hearts to be apart from each other and as a proof, Pallavi turned back and came running to him, grabbing him in a hug. Raghav caught hold of her and if he had the chance, he would have never let her go back to that place ever again. He took in the feeling of her in his arms. She was everything his heart asked for and he cherished the moments with sheer desperation. Their love was enough for them, the assurance of their trust was enough for them.
They will fight through this storm together and they will hold hands in front of everybody with their heads held high again. How can darkness torture them when their love is each other`s ray of hope? Raghav and Pallavi are enough for their world.
