Chapter 7:

Jalal sees he is surrounded by darkness but suddenly a light came disappearing all the darkness and showing him the place neither he imagined nor visited....

It looks more like a fairy world. A land the beauty of nature where it is lovely expose the hidden beauty. He could feel the nature palming him with cool air and nectar of flowers. From not so far he could see a tree holding a swing by its branch... the swing is not empty cause he sees a figure of a girl sitting on it swinging happily. Something provoked inside him that he started to approach the girl ...when he arrived near the swing he couldn't find anyone there and the swing was not as occupied as before. Jalal wondered ...

"Where did she vanish all of a sudden?"

Then he felt someone patting his shoulders from back, he turns around and found the same girl whom he fell on today morning. She smiles then bringing her palms near her lips and blows the blossoms of lilies over Jalal's face, closing his eyes with smile and grabbing her hand, he enjoys the perfume of lilies. But when he opens his eyes he frowned why was he holding this creature...

"What!? a.. Cockerel??? "😳

The next minute, a loud sound came from the cockerel not the sound 'COCK-A-DOODLE-DOO' but the sound of alarm clock 'beep beep beep' Jalal shocked...

"What's happening here? "

The beep beep sound increased making Jalal disappear from the fairy world and waking him in the real world. He shuts the alarm lazily and sighs... "Weird dream !" then a shy smile sat on his lips speaking... "but so beautiful " ...will I meet her again?"...scratching his head he went towards the bathroom.

In the dining hall, the family was having their breakfast happily and freely as Maham left somewhere early, Bakshi was sulking😒 often making everyone confused over her attitude. Hamida...

"What is this Bakshi? what happened that you are sulking in this morning? "

Bakshi with pleading eyes asked..."Can I go to college alone riding my scooter? please Ammijaan"

Aziz... " Why? You will be safe if you come with us. "

Jiji Anga... " Yes Bakshi dear, you'll be safe if you go with them"

Bakshi..." Of course, I'll be safe aunty, but they are so overprotective about me so they scare all the guys who tries to approach me. Do you know aunty the effect of their overprotectiveness made all the guys making distance with me, my classmates seem to look me like a virus, ohhh...that's so embarrassing 😖" ...the listeners laughed at Bakshi.

Salima..." Yes they all are so overprotective..(sighs)..until these years none of the guys approached me, poor me and Bakshi..."Abdul choked while eating, the mothers shook their head listening to their daughters words. Jalal was silent all the time thinking about the dream not hearing any of their words. He was excited to see the girl again.

Arriving at the campus, Jalal and his brothers were in the regular place where they used to chat, soon their friends came and chatted with them while Salima and Bakshi was not far from them sitting on a bench chatting with Bakshi's friend. Here Jalal was immersed in the searching process. Jalal to himself...

"Why didn't she arrived yet, Yaa Allah...why am I so eager for her?" ...Abdul who was beside Jalal also couldn't understand his friend's behavior. Then the boys went to their classes. Mirza and Aziz are also in Jalal's class chatting with the seniors. Then suddenly they could hear a girl's voice which shouted... " Jalaall!!! "

Jalal with surprise said in low tone... "Ruquaiya! " while Abdul whispered...

" Here comes Miss Volcano"

Ruquaiya hugged Jalal and kissed his cheeks without any shame though others were surrounded by her...Jalal became uncomfortable and tried to make distance. Following her came Atifa calling Abdul in a seductive manner... seeing this Mirza and Aziz whispered to Abdul...

"And here comes MissTornado"

..suddenly Atifa hugged Abdul..." I missed you darling, did you missed me?"

Abdul... " Atifa, let me go.. " at the same time Salima entered the class, she got angry over the sight seeing Abdul is being hugged by Atifa, Salima...

" Mirza,Aziz the class is about to start" ...staring angrily at Abdul she went from there. Abdul was worried over salima's reaction. Abdul wanted to follow her but Aziz and Mirza stopped him...

" Let her cool down bhai"

Abdul sighs... " maybe I'll calm her later" seeing Atifa still hugging him he prayed... " Yaa Khuda..please save me from her!"

Sitting near Jalal, Ruquaiya spoke in a seductive voice.."You know Jalal, my father pursued me to do my PG in abroad but I canceled it so that I can study with you here. Look we are together and we will always be"...Abdul who was also beside his friend thought...

" that's it she started her fake speech"

Jalal had to show his forced smile for this situation. Of course he was ready to marry Ruquaiya earlier because Maham forced him, when they were doing UG Jalal saw her only as a classmate and doesn't involve much with her..they became friends when Maham introduced Ruquaiya to him as her friend's daughter.

Jalal tried to concentrate in the lecture but his mind always drifts to his dreamgirl's thoughts. If he knew which department is she from, he would have immediately met her..but until now he doesn't know that the girl who always occupies his mind is also from the same department where he is.

It was the last hour, the physical director ordered the senior players to find players from the first years. Jalal and his brothers were all talented in sports especially Football and Basketball. Jalal and Aziz were best players in football whereas Abdul and Mirza are best players in basketball. Jalal with his team was busy with the physical director while Abdul and another player went on to pick up new players from the students.

After sometimes, in the playground... The young physical director Mr. Mallick was supervising the new players with some students . Not far from them Jalal was sitting on a bench holding the football in his hands but he was so serious in thinking..he also wondered...

" damn!!Why am I always thinking about her, looks like I'm addicted to think of her...but really who is she? Is she connected to me somehow? I've seen her somewhere. " then he reminded of the dream he had in the morning where he saw her swinging. Abdul confused over his cousin's state shook him asking...

" Jalal what are thinking about? "...but Jalal whose mind is fixed with the dream's image replied a word in low tone...

" Swing.. "..Abdul was surprised...

" What?! " he shouted waking Jalal.

Jalal innocently asked... " Why are you shouting?"

Abdul... " Really Jalal, here we are discussing about Football but you are thinking about Swing. " Jalal became embarrassed so he tried escape from that moment... "no it's nothing, come we'll practice... " Abdul shuddered in return, they made their way towards the practice zone.

In Apollo Hospital, Jodha is with an old woman grabbing he hands with affection. After her classes were over Jodha with Reva came to hospital while Moti went home to make the bakery items. The old woman who is known to be Granny Amul smiled looking at Jodha...

" How are you dear? "

Jodha with smiled saying...

"I'm... fine.... Gran..ny... How.... are ....you... feel.. feeling... now?

Granny Amul with a week voice...

" I'm feeling good dear, just a headache..."...Jodha and Reva were tensed ,Reva said..

" Let me call the Doctor , granny... "..but Granny forbid it telling them it will be alright. Tears lightly slipping from Jodha's eyes, Reva hugged her hands around Jodha's shoulder to give comfort even though she too felt extremely sad. Granny whom noticed this became sad too and called Jodha to come closer. Granny with a week smile...

" ohoo why does my angel is crying?granny doesn't like to see her angel crying... "

Jodha wiped her tears saying..

" I ...miss... you...Granny "...

Granny Amul replied... " I miss you too dear " she then kissed Jodha's forehead and Jodha kissed Granny Amul's hand. Granny... " How is the life going with you, the doctor said I was in coma for five months, I'm sorry I couldn't take care you dear" ..granny started to get emotional, Jodha and Reva were calming her. After granny became calm, Jodha and Reva looked at each other having a glance which meant it's time to tell important thing to Granny. Jodha..

"Gran...ny...I..have...an..im..important... thing..to..to..tell..you"

Granny Amul..." Tell me dear, is something wrong? " ...jodha felt somewhat tensed then said...

"but.... I'm... a..afraid... you ...would ....be ...sh..shocked... "

Granny Amul who saw Jodha's tensed face panicked whether something have happened to Jodha when she was unconscious. Granny waited for Jodha's reply. While Jodha is confused how to say this, Reva came forward to explain...

"Jodha let me explain "..Jodha nodded.

Reva said... "Granny Jodha is married "

Granny became surprised..

"Ohh..Jodha you are married?! Did someone forced you dear? Who are you married with? "...Jodha with a shy smile on her face said... " Its.... Ja..Jalal.. "

Granny was in doubt and asked... " you mean your Jalal... "Jodha nodded with a sweet smile. Granny was happy, the next second the tears of joy fell from her eyes. Granny...

"I'm so happy for you dear.. You found whom you are searching for. But what really happened ,how did you find him?"..Jodha looked at Reva, then Reva told a flashback the events happened before the marriage excluding Jalal's hatred for this marriage. After the flashback narrated by Reva, Granny said..."Oh so this much happened, I'm sorry dear, I was still sleeping when you so much suffered and depressed because of me. "

Jodha... "noth..nothing...to...worry..gra...granny... I'm...al.. alright... now.. " ...then Granny ma hugged both Jodha and Reva with the warmth of love and care.
