See the point is that she has no one, to look forward to, to share her dreams with..I can understand that ..when you lose someone, you also lose the dreams that you dreamt with them..Sai lost her entire family and then when she saw Virat's confidence and happiness in her fulfilling her dreams, she started seeing it with him..And now she knows that she cannot be there with him..cannot see him happy because she is not his happiness.. Akele Zindagi guzaarne ka sochna ek baat hoti hai, or sach mei guzaarna a totally different thing!! Consider her situation in one last year and think if there is a possibility of her getting depressed?

@bold: When you explain it in that way I can begin to relate with why she feels the way she feels and loses her hope to do a lot of things, there is alot of emotional attachment to such dreams even if they come crumbling down slowly. The acceptance of a whole life imagined not happening is a very indescribable feeling.
That is an interesting train of thoughts, when put that way definitely I can begin to understand why things can go the way they go ahead.

I am actually surprised it took her this long to go into depression. Guessing because Virat was by her side until now she somehow got through the daily torture and harassment. Poor baby will be all alone now. Can't imagine her giving up on her dream, but it was bound to happen. I don't think she ever imagined Virat distancing himself from her whatever maybe the reason😢. I feel so bad for both Sai and Virat 😢

I think all this while, she had Virat and his caring self, they had their banters , happy moments.. They would fight and fix it and she was also hopeful..But when detaches himself, after Samrat comes, she relates it with PP moving on with his brother has affected him..She does not even see the side of him that he has had, since they married..She does blurt it out saying, why did you give me hope, I am not sure these idiots will give good dialogues, but Emon did say...while they have their final fight..She was devastated, to not see his fondness for her.. She realises she has lost him completely because in her mind she had decided he would always be that person in her life, the person most important to her, whether they are together as husband and wife or not...courtesy , her dialogues in the ring gifting episode...But with him totally detaching himself from her ...thats where she starts losing the hope to love..You know that feeling of having nothing to look forward to!!
