So sorry to hear all of that. This idea (no matter what religion or part of south asia you are from) that women are nothing without marriage, is so so backwards and dated. I'm so over it. WHY must a woman have to be tied to a man. WHY must a divorced woman remarry quickly? Why do we place so much value on what other people think? Are they living our lives day to day? Do they have to live through what we live through? If a girl wants to get married - let her have at it but this idea that society will look down upon on you if you are not? Did everyone forget its 2021? Women can have babies, a home, and a 401K all without men. If he's not a good companion, what's the point? Why force it?

I hope your cousin is doing better and you both can tune out the haters. You did the best you could to help your cousin and one day they'll all thank you. I'm sure your cousin appreciates you a lot, that's all that matters.

Vaise I always have had complaints about editing and lot more on technical front but used to let it go. Today it just feels very hard to do that.😆
