Also, right now him not believing Imlie is of inconvenience. But when he didn't believe Imlie on KC chapter, it served good for his and Imlie's relation. If he had believed Imlie then and Malini has confessed the truth, then Imlie and he would not have come so far in their relation. Probably, he would still finding a match for Malini.

Now, the KC truth came at a point when Imlie cant step back. So ignoring Imlie's instinct served the purpose.

U pointed it rightly he works on his on thought process... Unless he get to knw by himself he keep avoiding things ..👍🏼

i agree on the trust part.. he does have his trust unshaken in imlie and little shaken in malini.. he is always controlled by a lot of guilt and till the time he doesnt have to face the guilt upfront he is an ostrich.. head burried in sand...

right now he is happy with status quo.. imlie is back in his house.. family is against but tides r slowly shifting.. divorce is going on... so he is ok with it.. he doesnt even want to see a possibility that this peace can go boom in a sec.. and thats his shortsightedness which was always a problem..

Lovely to read your POV, you should write more often! 👍🏼 You certainly make very valid points. Adi does have a very independent way of thinking & dealing with situations and it is rarely influenced by anyone else. Only Imlie has ever challenged him to see things so differently that it’s compelled him to alter some of his own belief systems (logic vs faith comes to mind.) It is very likely that Adi, as you said, does not want to cause any inconvenience at this juncture for the sake of both relationships.

The only caveat I see here is that he has always been very open in his communication with Imlie, even back when they weren’t in love. Even if they’ve had disagreements, they’ve never dismissed each other’s perspective and opinions. His refusal to at least acknowledge Imlie’s concerns may cause Imlie both pain and a fear of mistrust from Adi’s side. They simply cannot afford to be at odds with each other now when they are at odds with their own family.

Even if Adi’s biding his time, as you think, this track is becoming very monotonous and it should be brought to a logical & worthwhile conclusion. Even if DD is whitewashed and returns full force as a gehri dost 🤢, the divorce should be finalized with Malini accepting Adilie’s relationship one way or another. That’s the very least that should happen to justify everything they’ve shown since the fake suicide.

Yes. Even I would love that. Devdaas Adi is my favorite. I hope Imlie leaves for Pagdandiya even if Malini is exposed.

Jokes aside, humne toh patience rakhna aap hi se sikha hai. Thanks to your knowledge of the OG regional version, it helps us to tide through these stupid tracks as well.

As for the current set of episodes - we have seen the worst before - this is still much more tolerable IMO than some of the awful ones we have been subjected to in the past.

I still have bharosa that this is leading to something that will give us what we want - they always screw up and give us frustrating content when leading to a 50-episode milestone (gunshot, PD trip, mitti romance, truth reveal). Also if you see, every time leading to a major milestone, Adi is shown to be dumb & clueless, which leads to either him doing or saying something which becomes the turning point for the next track. This pattern is being repeated here as well - we are nearing the 250 mark, and the guy as usual is becoming an ostrich again - hence it tells me that something big is approaching for sure. Let us see how this develops and keep a bit of patience.

One of my wish is , when Imlie leaves, Apu and Malini search for Adi in whole house and find him sleeping in Imlie's bed. That would be treat to watch.
