If you are using a phone like I am, then go to the forum main page, create a new topic (right at the top), type in your story.... If it's incomplete then save the draft instead of posting....

Once you save the draft you should be able to access it from the dropbox at the top of your dashboard....

I don't use the app, so not sure if there's anything different there...
