Imlie Malini’s Power Struggle
At C house Anu makes Meethi and Imli have dinner with the servants , sitting on the floor . Imli takes care of her mother , apologises to her for Anu’s behaviour . Meethi learns Malini was with BS at T house . Meethi questions what was Malini doing with BS at Imli’s sasuraal ? Why was Imli here ? Imli skirts the issue. Meethi says Imli better get back with BS at sasuraal , Meethi wants to go back to PD .Imli asks mother to rest .
Malini feeds the Moti rotis to the stray dogs and sends video to Anu . Anu happily states the the servant girl’s low class Moti Roti ws were fit for consumption by the stray dogs only .She deserved this only.
Malini says as long as Imli was away Malini will not allow Adi to eat anything prepared by Imli . She will change Aditya’s taste . Anu encourages Malini .
imli over hears this n feels angry. Meethi and Dev persuade Imli to return to her sasuraal as Aditya needed her .
At T house ., Sundar has prepared tea for the entire family and is about to serve them , Malini enters kitchen n states she will herself prepare tea for Aditya . Sundar gives dirty looks at Malini as she orders him to serve tea to the rest of the family . She asks for adrak n ilaichi .
As she is preparing tea she thinks Imli was not here , the house felt like old times . Suddenly Imli arrives in the kitchen and Malini gets a shock and disappointment to see Imli there . Adi arrives and is surprised to see Imli back, he asks her to make tea for herself n him n get it to his room.
Malini and Imli cat fight over making tea n serving to Aditya . Malini angrily spills the tea . Aparna and Radha arrive hearing the cat fight . Malini puts the blame on Imli . Imli tries to protest but Aditya arrives and diffuses the situation n takes Imli to his room.
In his room Imli tries to make Adi understand Malini was displeased to see AdiLie together . Adi does not believe her ,he reminds her what all Malini did to get them together . Imli insists that was earlier , that time she did want AdiLie together but she has changed n she no more liked them together . Malini fought with her over making tea , she behaved selfishly last night , also she fed Moti roties made for Adi to the stray dogs . Adi says all these were minor things . Imli should not give it importance , she should not think of such small things . Imli insists these were not small things .
Imli gets frustrated .
At C house Meethi requests the servant cleaning the house to sweep her room too . The servant ignores her . Dev arrives and asks the servant to listen to the guest lady . The servant states Anu ji had warned him not to go anywhere near Meethi’s room , if he did he would be thrown out of his job. Dev gets furious , he asks servant to hand him bucket n mop . Dev starts moping Meethi’s room, much to her embarrassment . She tries to dissuade him but he asks her to take rest n continues cleaning n mopping.
Anu arrives and creates a ruckus over Dev’s rakhel , Meethi states she could not stay here any more she wants to leave . Anu offers to help her leave n gives her a nasty push . Meethi is about to fall down when Malini reaches just in time to grab her , Meethi is surprised to see Kalpana ji , Malini then reveals she was not Kalpana but Malini Aditya Kumar Tripathi , she was Aditya’s wife , Meethi states AdiLie were married before Malini got married , Malini states that was forced mariage at gun point , that’s illegal, while AdiNi marriage was accepted by society n legally . .
Meethi says Imli considered Malini her elder sister n depended so much on her , she left her sasuraal for Imli sake , Malini states that was earlier , she used to sacrifice for everyone , but no more , she wanted what was hers , as such Imli will never be accepted by T family as Bahu
Meethi is distraught n leaves C house .
Dev wants to go after Meethi , Anu and Malini stop him.
last few moments
Meethi weeps she could not live here any more .She walks out of C house . Dev says he had promised Imli that he will take care of her mother . Malini asks Dev that he had promised Imli n her mother , did he not promise anything to Malini’s mother ?? Dev agrees he had committed many mistakes in the past , he had apologised n regretted . But accuses both mother n daughter for not allowing him to repent . He refuses to fight on the same topic again n again daily .
Malini warns …if Papa went after Meethi n Imli he will never see Malini again .Dev is shocked that his daughter, his best friend , his professor was not here , where was she ?he was missing her .

Malini quickly occupies the seat next to Aditya in the car …as Imli comes and glares at Malini . She apologises to Imli saying oh Imli I sat in your place ! I will sit on the back seat , she pretends to get up when Aditya says …‘never mind Imli will sit behind , Imli goes n plonks on the back seat angrily .
