I feel like I'm writing essays for myself in this thread so might as well write one more😆

So reading all these claims that Adi said "I Love You" to Malini so many times, so that must mean he loved her and he suddenly fell in love with Imlie cuz she "phasaaoed" him😆, I have some thoughts😆.......

Firstly, it would be nice if people had the capacity for PERCEPTION....of understanding how to match words with actions😆....I know it's hard when you root for someone as empty headed as Didi ji, but one must still try😆.

Adi said "I Love you" many times to Malini, claimed so many times that she understands him the most.....yet in 7 years, all he did was prioritize work over her? 😆 It's not a hard task to wonder why a guy who keeps telling you he loves you can't seem to make time for you😆. If Malini really felt loved, then why did she still feel constantly insecure despite so many "I love yous" from him? Clearly, the words were not matching the actions.....but she didn't have the guts to ask why.....it's so much easier to wait around to play victim for the inevitable falling apart😆.

Was it a lie? Not at the time.....Adi genuinely believed that this is all love is so he had no hesitation in stating it to Malini😆.....is it a crime to speak your truth as you understand it in the moment? Not in my books. Evolution is a human trait.....no one is born with all the knowledge and understanding in the world at their fingertips....people evolve with life and experiences....so did Adi. It takes a lot of courage to accept that you could be SO wrong about your perception of love.....but Adi fully owned his mistake and chose to live his truth once he realized what love actually is.

One can feel bad for the collateral damage left in the wake of Adi feeling confused, sure.....and that's very much valid.....people can make mistakes, say sorry, own up to their mistakes.....but the damage has been done no matter what - totally understandable why the pain of that can linger......but that also does not give other people the license to malign the person who made a mistake - especially if he had the grace to apologize and atone for his mistake....which is what Adi has constantly done since then.

So circling back to the main point.....saying "I Love You" to someone at one point in your life when you thought you loved them does not make it a life sentence to keep being obligated to for the rest of your life once you realize you were wrong.

If all it took to build a lifelong relationship with someone was getting ten "I Love Yous" from them while they barely made time for you otherwise, phir toh relationships would be like instant noodles😆....which I suppose is how Malini perceived it to be anyways......lol. Love is something that is shown through ACTIONS more than words.....I love you ka kya ACHAAR daaloge life mein if someone can't even be bothered with prioritizing you in their life? 😆

So an actually sensible/mature woman would have been like, "Dude, I don't think you love me" and said goodbye to Adi after 2-3 dates, max😆......it would have ended on an amicable/mutual note and they could have moved on....but nope, these two morons had to drag their mutual convenience for 7 years cuz ek puri brainless/psycho aurat thi and the guy was too detached/polite/scared to actually do the work of conducting a proper relationship😆......toh token "I Love Yous" se chalaa liya itne saal.

This story is essentially drawing that contrast between how many people fall into relationships of convenience without bothering with actually understanding each other or understanding actual love/care......and those people who discover a love that is true/deep and are willing to fight for it in the face of all kinds of adverse circumstances.

That is such a Bullshit excuse ke just caz he said I love yous bow he can't move on.. arre bhai I love you is a such a common thing now. People go around throwing I love yous like candy these days to anybody and everybody. That is not concrete actions are needed to show it and yeah am with you ke agar didi yeh nahi samjhi 7 saal main toh wshe is to be the one taking onus nobody else as simple as that 🤷‍♀️

I don't know if the people who claim to be fighting for "empowered" narratives realize how they themselves are objectifying human beings and comparing them to objects like ROTIS😕🤣.....Adi koi OBJECT hai ki koi use steal kar lega?😆......Didi ki neech harkaton ko justify karne ke liye kya kya dhund rahe hain log😆

Didi ki "mature woman" image can apparently overcome anything.....even the act of hiding rotis in her sari😕🤣......

As for Malini always knowing that Adi never loved her and that being the reason for her constant insecurity, doesn’t that then make it all the worse? Adi was GENUINELY confused and unsure but he stayed with her out of a sense of sincerity and loyalty. While she took advantage of the fact that he didn’t know what he wanted and kept him latched on to her at any cost. A token existence was good enough for her until Imlie showed up and proved that Adi was capable of intense and passionate love. Only THEN Malini suddenly needed Adi to give her that kind of love. Otherwise she was happy manipulating him for 7 years with whatever he could give as long he stayed with her 🙄🙄.

A woman’s instinct/intuition almost always tells her the truth if she is willing to listen. When Adi mentioned going to PD her insecurities came to the fore and her response was will he find a village girl for a wife in PD? Somewhere deep down she knew she may not be the woman for Adi. Why would any woman marry a man unsure of marrying her unless she just wanted to latch on to him at any cost.

Like AC stayed married to DC because he was a famous artist even after he cheated on her says a lot about her values. Like mom like beti. Malini wanted to marry the famous patrakar, he was her arm candy, for bragging rights and someone she thought she could manipulate to bend to her will.

Worse was she stood there and let her mother insult Adi even before the wedding. She once even thought Adi wasn’t bothered by her mother’s insults before. Seriously? Goes to show she didn’t respect Adi enough to tell her mother to quit insulting him. Instead she justified she could never not listen to her mother.

Some are of the opinion that Adi wronged Malini before he married her. Didn’t he tell her he was forcibly married to Imli.”Humara ek rishta ban gaya”. She fainted and worried for her well-being and doctor’s warning of her nazook state he didn’t bring it up with her. Not his fault she can’t hear the truth about anything.

Malini freaked out at the possibility that Dev had an illegitimate child . She has observed and learned how to be a emotionally unstable woman like her mother. They are similar in how they interact with people. Sweet until you challenge them and they both shrieked in a high pitched voice hurting ear drums as the truth petrified them.

One more lie that keeps continuing on......

Didi claiming that she left T house so that Adi-Imlie can be together.....but as far as I recall, she left T house cuz Aparna had told her to leave🤣.....even at that point after Malini already knew the truth, she STILL had to be TOLD to leave that house.

And she later on conveniently spun the whole thing as her having done some grand "sacrifice"😆......which Adi-Imlie have also conveniently believed.....everyone in this show has the memory of a goldfish especially when it comes to Malini😆
