Okay, So I have discussed this with Piyu already regarding Anirudh's realization and I wanna share it here too:
I'm not sure if many of you here have seen the show called Gulaal on Star Plus in the 2000s but it had a similar track playing out in the story - The FL marries the ML's younger brother after the ML death and the Devaar is 10 years old when this happens. This is due to the tradition of their place. Anyway, she had practically raised the Devaar throughout his childhood and taken care of him.
Later on, the Deevar grows up and returns home but this brings forth a lot of complexities in their relationship. The FL take a long time to reach an acceptance regarding her feelings towards the new ML and accept his love. The entire transition was beautifully handled in that show.
I kinda expected something similar here on the show where they show Anirudh coming to terms with the fact that he had began to see her as a woman and then slowly accepting his love for her. I wanted more insight into his mindset and the transition from viewing her as choti bondita to badi bondita.
VJ track was necessary but I feel he needed to spend time with Bondita properly, most of their interaction has been 80% VJ and 20% Bondita.Kinda makes it difficult to accept his realization that he loves her like a man loves a woman now.
