Disgracing women

Samar isn't like Toshu. That if we he will go away from the family then he will break all the ties with the families. Samar should take the opportunity as the opportunity thing strikes once. When a bird leaves it nests, it leaves family also. But it takes the flight of it's own development also. With family its safe, but it learns to survive when it leaves the nest. The true development happens when we get out of the cocoon. And not at all we forget our family, it's we are just developing ourself.

Kinjal is worried and she is anxious. And she says that she doesn't wants to go to office. This shouldn't be like this. Because of some silly spoilt person, a female shouldn't hinder her own progress. I understand the incident is such that Kinjal felt anxious and decided not to go to the office. Ideally Dholakia should be having that shame and not Kinjal. Dholakia calls was annoying of course and hires Kavya. And Kinjal quits her job. But in order to quit a job you need to give a letter in priority. Companies conduct exit interviews that why Kinjal left the job? That didn't happen at all.

Kavya and her Bakbak I cant tolerate for now. Kinjal is talking that yeh job nahi karni chahiye. Employees ka behaviour aisa hota hai isiliye job par jaane ka man nahi karta. Behavior ke wajah se kaam ko koste hai. The HR department is said to be failed very badly here. Kavya is on cloud nine, but I fear that she can be again molested.

Kinjal and Anupama's scene was much amazing and real. Majority of girls go through this. Such a sensitive issue is this. I wonder people fear office politics or there is something else. But jitna khul kar ghar mein hum yeh bata sakte hai woh office mein nahi bata sakte. Chahe jo bhi ho Kinjal should write an email to HR regarding this crap behavior as a first step. The scene of Anupama and Kinjal made me angry and sad also, that yeh sab hota hai reality mein

Kinjal saying that Dholakia jahan hoga wahan nahi jaungi. Instead uske saamne action lo. Jisase Dholakia ka Dhol Baja Jaye. Kinjal is a real girl and I thought she knew how to fight. I know she is disturbed. Koi bhi ladki aisa hi sochegi. But I feel that in order to connect with the majority of girls in our country, CVs have shown Kinjal this way.

Let's talk real, how come Dholakia orders Kavya to join back.? Inke office me HR and management naam ki chize hai ya nahi.?

Anyway, talking about Kinjal and her state of mind was so real. She is afraid, she is anxious and hence could not share her situation with anyone. If Toshu would have been near her then most probably she would have shared this with him. Thank god atleast she shared this with Anupama and I loved Anupama's confidence. But again I felt like yelling when Anupama said me maa hu aur mere hote hue tujhe kuch nahi hoga (aisa hi kuch kaha tha I guess).

Instead she would have said I am a woman and we women have to support each other in this situation. And as a woman I feel you should raise your voice, aisa kuch they should have shown.

I don't know what they are going to show about Kinjal, I am expecting a realistic take on this. Please don't end it up with a bhashan. Proper treatment and actions has to be taken against that Dholakia.

This molestation topic is very sensitive amd they should show with responsibilities and I am happy they are showing real world problem and kinjal is getting full support from her family but in today's sequence I thought Anupama was blabbering too much c'mon let kinjal speak her heart out she was constantly putting her words /experience but sometimes you have too listen no matter how much experience you have in same thing you should learn to listen also it was Kinjal's experience and she would have put it into words may be some silence some words not so meaning ful sentence but she if Anupama was quite and just comforting her it would have looked more good.

They have to show Anupama's lectures and long dialogues. Without that the 22 minutes show is incomplete. Few things are common daily, Anupama's bhashan, Kavya's nonsense, Samar's meri mummy, Baa's taunts... Without these things Anupama show is incomplete 😶

It's ridiculous that a sensitive topic like workplace harassments is just being used to project Anupamaa as a super-heroine.

The professionals in the house are just acting stupid, Kavya is happy to have her selfish interest satisfied, Vanraj and Samar are in khap-panchayat mode to just go and beat up Dholakia to settle scores, Paritosh is just concerned on whether Kinjal comes back to him or not, and Dolly is not being consulted.

Nobody gave her the right advice, the prime thing should be to report this to HR on email, print a copy of the same for proof (because the email data can be tampered), and never, I repeat, NEVER quit the job. Once you quit, you lose all control on what data is updated against you in the performance database, and you can easily be proven incompetent.

But nobody advised Kinjal that, just some lectures by Anupamaa that how awfully bechari women are, when they try to make a career.

Now Anupamaa, who has absolutely no knowledge of laws related to workplace harassment made for protection of women, will take a stand for Kinjal with her bhaashans alone.

TBH Kavya was right, Anupamaa has never taken a stand for herself, because she thinks everyone else is more important than her.

Isme Anupama ko importance dene ko bhi koi zarurat nahi hai. I know they should support Kinjal, but let the matter be solved realistically.

Abhi kanun haath mein lene ki zarurat nahi hai. Let's approach with a procedure and then wait what happens.

If the problem is not solved they can approach further in the court.

The problem is a real world but I feel the problem will be solved in an unrealistic way.
