I guess there seems to be some confusion on the definition of a "home breaker" also😆.....

A home breaker is someone who BREAKS another person's marriage.....so let's review and contrast what Imlie and Malini have done with regards to their respective marriages:

1) Imlie was married to Adi FIRST.....she was his valid first wife but because he refused to accept their marriage, she stepped back and allowed him his choice.

2) A home breaker would "break" someone's relationship....but Imlie not only stepped back, she let someone else forge a relationship with her husband.....if she "broke" any home, it was her OWN.....she willingly allowed her own marriage to be disregarded so that someone else's home could be built....that's called a home MAKER, not "breaker".

3) Even after letting go of her own home, Imlie continued to make all possible efforts to build someone ELSE's home....she resolved fights happening in someone else's relationship so that they could continue to sustain....even as it came at the cost of her own hurt and pain.

4) Even after Adi started to accept his marriage with Imlie, she STILL insisted on not allowing her home to be built by breaking someone else's....even when her love was now MUTUAL and RECIPROCATED by Adi, she still continued to insist that someone else's home not be broken at her cost.....that she was willing to keep taking the pain of not being able to build her home but didn't want to break apart someone else's home at her cost.

It is ADI who insisted that there is no point in living a lie.....and his point is also valid....it's not "breaking a home" when you refuse to live a lie.....but Imlie for her part was always more large hearted than him and was willing to even live a lie and suffer lifelong pain for herself as long as it didn't break someone else's home.

Then let's switch to the other side to see what so called "mature Professor" Malini ji is doing:

1) From the moment Malini found out that Imlie is Adi's first wife, her first reaction was to ask Adi to forget that PD marriage and come back to her🤔......literal definition of home breaking....asking Adi to BREAK off his first marriage in order to get what she wanted.

2) Even after hearing from Adi a 100 times that he's never loved Malini and that he only considers Imlie his wife, Malini still faked a suicide to come to T house with the EXPLICIT intention of breaking apart Adi-Imlie's marriage....there is not even any ambiguity here....these are Malini's own words.....so again, very clear who the HOME BREAKER is.

3) After again hearing Adi calling Imlie the reason for his existence, hearing him call Imlie "Mrs. Imlie Tripathi", Malini still insisted on calling herself Adi's wife in front of a random Minister.

4) After hearing Editor Saab make a comment about Adi's wife tying a tie on him, Malini inserted herself deliberately to put the tie on Adi.....even after Adi had publicly introduced Imlie as his wife yet again.....again, crystal clear case of HOME BREAKING.

I'm sure more examples will get added in the coming days.....at every step, Malini is trying to insert herself between Adi-Imlie to pull them apart.....THAT is what a home breaker does. While Imlie for her part always tried to remove herself and walk away multiple times in order for Malini's home to be allowed to be built.

So the only home breaker in this whole story is Malini. Adi is the one who stayed loyal to his choice at any given moment....he didn't lead anyone on.....even now he's making his truth clear. A home is made out of love....you can't build a home if there is no real love in it. And Adi has found that love only with Imlie.

Another wonderful post.. but seems lost on those who would like to throw terms out of thin air just like their fav didi..sometimes I feel didi ji ke proxies hain ya unke ghost accou t..r anyone blabbering karte raho jo muh main aaye bole jao.. bina samjhe and then makers live to pick these terms and make didi spew it to show them exactly why she is a liar and delusional aurat and wrong..

The girl who legit kept marooing laat on her own rishta putting herself through severe pain but her own decisions is home breaker

The girl who tried her best to even persuade adi ke malini is lying about KC for so long the one who actually took a kasam ke jab tak didi ka ghar nahi basi humara bhi nahi basi is a home breaker 🤣 ok sure. You're welcome😆.....yes, the truth is obvious but sometimes I guess some people need an explicit listing out of points since their memories seem to be as frail and conveniently twisted as Didi's 😆.

Imlie ko home breaker samajhna hai toh bas khud se bol do without providing any evidence to back it up.....😆.....meanwhile we have a whole huge list of obvious proof about who is the REAL homebreaker here. Imlie gave up everything and is still willing to give up everything to build kisi aur ka ghar.....it's another matter that Sita Maiyya refuses to let this injustice happen and has given Babusahib jaisa parbat to Imlie to stand with Imlie through thick and thin.

Also, I dunno if it's already been said but I'll just repeat it again.....

Another major contrast is that at every stage when Adi-Imlie have been confronted with the truth, they haven't gotten AGGRESSIVE and tried to blame OTHERS for their own mistakes.

Whenever Adi was confronted with the truth, he was like AWESOME...jaao sabko bataa do, main khud saath chalta hoon😆....he was never really scared of the truth, he wanted relief from the burden of the lies and any time he got a chance to face the truth, he'd jump at the opportunity😆.

And Imlie was scared of the truth in her own way but her approach was guilt and wanting to run away rather than become the cause of hurting others.

Meanwhile Didi is just so shameless and aggressive whenever anyone catches one of her lies.....she ATTACKS the person in front of her like THEY are the ones to blame rather than accepting her own lies and dirty tricks.....she did this just recently when Adi confronted her about lying regarding Imlie's dress and the sari he had picked for Imlie.....

So that again shows the level of difference in a person's character....why you tell the lie and how you respond when your lie is caught. Adi-Imlie have shown grace each time....while Didi just shows her immaturity and shamelessness each time.

We must also keep count of Adhithya was willing to tell truth multiple times.

1. From day 1 after returning from pd on his first meeting with Malini but she was gifting phone and saying I also died without hearing your voice… her happiness hold him back

2. Adhithya actually tell truth to Malini. But could not make any difference & forced due to her health condition

3. Marriage day he himself allowed imlie to tell truth even told her what ever happens he will not blame her.

4. He himself step forward to tell truth .

5 . Pd Sr night after imlie break her silence by giving back the firm replies … he immediately leaves room saying I want to relieve from this lie …

6. Nishanth’s return day he tried to tell truth to him

7. On Valentine’s Day

These much situations before realising his love.

Multiple times given hint to his situation to family. Imlie was forced to be send with him etc.

After realising his love I lost the count almost .

(I feel Only in Savitri episode after AC’s performance his dialogues towards imlie showed that he doesn’t like to reveal his truth… may be an execution failure, only that part doesn’t match with his character )

All three have been shown making the wrong decisions, lying and hiding truths. The parameter for judging the genuineness of the core of a character here is remorse and the willingness to take accountability. Adi and Imlie have always shown that, Imlie even losing herself to guilt at one point. While Malini has never shown any guilt or willingness to fix her mistakes, she has shown entitlement and self victimisation of every one of her questionable actions. She exploited Meethi’s truth, a trauma for her mother and meethi and twisted it around to make it about herself, never bothering with Meethi again. Today even making the woman who showered so much love on her, treated her as a daughter, who her father betrayed, to be part of some conspiracy cause it suits her agenda.

Conflict in a story, mistakes by the characters are bound to occur, how they deal with it shows more of what their character is like.

No, I didn't feel that was an execution failure.

Before his realization, Adi always maintained that he expected the truth to come out, but not in such a way that it rips everything apart. Around that time he was still kind of confused about how to explain Imlie's place in his life....and that entire sindoor tamasha during the savitri pooja just made him upset on multiple levels cuz he felt that Imlie was betraying his trust by keeping that vrat secretly. His issue was not the secret coming out but he was feeling upset over any reminder of Imlie doing things as his wife - putting on the sindoor, keeping the vrat etc.

I think Adi's stance was always that he won't back down from accepting the truth if he's confronted with it but situations like that savitri pooja tamasha were during his confused stage where he felt upset about how the truth will still hurt a lot of people if it comes out like that.

Overall though he gained more confidence about facing the truth and not backing down once he realized his feelings.....after that no matter who learnt the truth and tried to threaten him with revealing it, Adi was like most welcome.....aane do sach ko baahar😆. He was really done with the burden of lies by then cuz he had realized his full truth.....which was beyond just the truth that he is married to Imlie but also that he loves her....and he was willing to face any consequence for accepting that truth.

This is what I kinda meant with them being ready to face it and jhelo the percussions too they haven't been afraid as in apne galti kisi aur ke sar mand do..has been so much easier for them to victim play ke humara kya Kasoor hai gaoon walon ne kia phir aap logon ne mauka nahi dia kabhi kuch kabhi kuch but nahi they are not that breed to do that. Adi ne sach chuppaya he graciously took the slap from.his mother unlike didi jo apni maa ko hi ilzaam lagati hai ke aap is this and that. 🤣 aapki wajah se things don't work out. Iska ek dress wala jhoot pakkada gaya toh she flipped and took it to door locking and ke you aren't compatible she had 100 unrelated things ki list ready to reverse the ilzam khud jawab nahi deti kisi baat ka and baat ghuma deti hai..no wonder jalebis are her fav snack🤷‍♀️

@bold: Well said👍🏼.....that is exactly what the contrast here is.

Which is why it's just strange to read repeated claims of how Adi-Imlie lied to Malini so that justifies her current behavior😕😆...... As if lying happens in a vacuum and context is nothing.

The writers have essentially shown us that greys can exist in multiple characters.....they exist in Adi-Imlie too obviously since they told their own share of lies for a while....but the reason for telling those lies and how they faced the consequences of their lies set them apart from a person like Malini who has only tried to demean everyone around her to deflect from her own sins. The victim card has long since run out of juice even though many still seem to be trying to squeeze something out for Malini on her behalf😆. All she knows is pathological lying, manipulation, and exploitation and that has been proven beyond a doubt in the current track......any justifications from this point are just desperate attempts to grab at straws.

Mithi was always just a pawn to Malini....the very fact that she was still supporting her Mom who continued to talk abusive crap about Mithi basically said everything about who Malini is. The token "stop it, Moms" never meant anything as we've pointed out since a long time😆
