But why does it sometimes look like M is so much shorter than R, and then other times they look the same height, and other times M looks taller than R?

I can't say. I liked the swivel when it came to Aayi -Mandaar. Now he is extra level above the crap. The story is unveiling really well, Pallavi's stance for Raghav will be more strong now.

I wouldn't put it past them to do a bait and switch with the audience and we end up getting a Raghav x Pallavi shaadi redo in the end.

ITV rarely shows consummation in a forced marriage... (I guess THAT is what goes against their morals LOL). Usually from what I remember, the couple has a proper wedding, after they've fallen in love, and THATS when they show consummation scene.

IDK when Mandar is set to leave the show, but even if they're initially doing prep for M + P delulu wedding, I wouldn't be surprised if they took down M before the wedding actually takes place and it ends up also being R+P wedding redo so they wrap up the track on a happy note. This is probably too much of a EK or GK type plot, but I feel like it's still in the realm of possibilities.
