I don't think the wedding has happened, Shahzaib only agreed with it in order to keep Isra safe (Haaris must have kidnapped her and Nimra must have said u better marry me or Isra will face the consequences...she is double crossing Haaris here).
Shahzaib teams up with Hammad and agrees to go ahead with the "wedding" in order to stall anything happen to Isra.

Hammad (double agent) finds out thru Haaris where Isra is. Haaris has no idea Hammad and Shahzaib are working together. Meanwhile Razaa keeps khala and Sameera busy.

Last minute pe Shahzaib runs away from the venue with Hammad and saves Isra.
