His stupid creative experiment, whether caused by the channel or not, brought the show to its doom. Extension mil gayi thi, normal story chalaye rakhta. Channel ne agar interfere kiya bhi toh he could've met in the middle somehow instead of fully going off track in the name of tadka.
What riles me up is his audacity to then say, "I'm making changes based on your feedback!" Excuse you mister, itna ehsaan karne ki koi zaroorat nahi hai. Your mess, clean it up as you please. Hamari sunni thi toh yeh sab karte hi nahi.
I'm honestly not even that upset as a viewer because I can easily rewatch old episodes over and over again. I'm upset because this is so irresponsible of the production house and the channel. They employ countless people and axing good shows left, right, and centre for reasons that make no sense is terrible! I understand it's a business at the end of the day, but then how are they not understanding that the best way to cash in on these new-age stories is by airing them at a time when their target audience is able to tune in on television? Shows like Anupamaa or YRKKH will never see an end because of their time slot, not because of their storylines. Give MHRW a fair chance, which is a deserving timeslot. This is simply foul play.
Disclaimer: I'm not bashing those shows, I used to watch them myself at some point. They can run for as long as they like because just like MHRW, those shows also help put food on the table for countless people. My issue is trying to throw MHRW in the same bandwagon and then drawing TRP comparisons. Compare apples to apples, not apples to bananas.
Well, in one of the interviews Shivangi spilled the beans on what the future is going to be and she mentioned that they really thought that having Pallavi torn up between her love and her responsibility would have worked. However, the audiences are not liking that track and they are making changes as per criticisms. So, maybe they really thought separating Raghvi would have worked?
I think they initially planned to keep Mandhar having amnesia. But, because that track didn't work they changed it to Mandhar getting his memories back as soon as he got to the Deshmukh house, and pretending to keep having the amnesia because he wants to get closer to Pallavi.
It's just as how they changed it when Raghav was supposed to be the hit and run guy killer of Mandhar, and the cause of Pallavi being a widow in the first place, and then they changed it to Kirti and later on Sunny.
