Oh yes, I agree! I liked that all the pent up frustration that both had since their marriage is finally out in the open, literally.

We wanted them to talk, but it never happened. We'd been hoping for it since the kuldevi Pooja time, but a proper conversation never happened. So it was needed for them to get out all the bhadas.

@bold: probably because their childhood and the history they shared was far more important/significant to him than it ever was to her 💔

I wish we got some scenes where she alludes to their childhood as well, or at least has some flashbacks. Was her childhood really only about her castles in the air Dev, with Shiva just being a thorn and a villain in the side? 💔

Right now, I'm thinking why would they fall in love with each other?? When Shiva asked her today ki shadi kyu ki, Raavi only says ki woh acha insaan hai... can she love him for that? Even for Shiva, usse Raavi kyu achi lagne lagi? Shadi usne sirf Dhara bhabhi ke liye ki...So does he like her because she loves his family?

I know it may be too much for ITV but I really hope we get some good introspection for both of them.

@bold - exactlyyyy! Tbh it gets confusing sometimes because as viewers, of course, we want them to 'love' each other and we root for them to be together. But we're kind of stuck with our own assumptions about their feelings for one another. It's because that wasn't shown to us! And these two don't dig deep inside their thoughts (which I can sometimes excuse because ITV is known for its not-so-wondrous writing). But if they have such great characters, they need to do them justice.

Just speaking words like "tu accha hai" doesn't really explain why that person is one you can imagine your whole life with. If that's a criterion for marriage, then it's a compromise. Because there are so many more things a person would want from their married lives and their life partner. And Shiva is someone who wants more, and I don't blame him for that. As for Shiva, he started liking her, and again like you said, his feelings were never explored beyond that one line. The big WHY? remains. This creates a disconnect of sorts but the makers can totally pick it up from here and give us some nice solo scenes of ShiVi, where they are able to think without being pressurized by nosy family members.

Keeping my fingers crossed for now!

Me too! I want to see her bond with Rishita and Krish. There were many opportunities, but CVs just left it. Hope we will see their bonding too with the seperation track!

2. Ganwar- the origin of the phrase is from Gaon or village. Calling someone ganwaf is shaming village people.

Thanks, didn't know about the first one. My understanding of the names comes from the context that it was spoken in.

Any thoughts about jaahil?? I've understood jaahil admi to mean as rude and mean...not sure either applies here...
