I believe in reincarnation and many lives so that's how I explain an affinity that can't be traced to any roots in this life. But it neednt be as simple as loving a certain culture because you used to live in that culture or country in a past life. You have to assess the culture in question in terms of it's 'nature' or the elements that drive it. For example if you are drawn towards Hispanic cultures it neednt mean you used to live in Spain or Mexico in a past life. It could also be a case of passion and sensuality that got carried over from a past life thats stimulated in this life when you see a culture that celebrates those and indulges in those through dance, music, food ,language etc.

I get along well with people from Russia ,Poland etc . People with the ' Slavic soul'. I chalk it to melancholia from a past life that draws me towards people who are brooding.

I have many 'memories' that I can't explain. Smells. Sounds. Another weird thing is how I 'remember' stuff from my mother's childhood or early adulthood..things she never told me. I'd look at random people and say " Hey she looks like So and So ". And mum goes "What??!!! You haven't even met her or heard of her. But you are right ". A possible explanation for that is tht when you are too sensitive/receptive your subconscious has censors to gather 'stuff' ,sensual imprints or energy or whatever you call it , from the psyche of someone you are close to,i.e someone you are in sync with.

I don't know much about reincarnations/previous life etc. but the thought itself is quite fascinating. There are some things that science cannot explain so I kinda believe in everything because why not. Consider the irrational fears for example, most of us are scared of some things that are not at all harmful, that's why the fear is illogical but still it's there, then there are some dreams that keep on repeating, has happened with me a lot of times, I am sure happens pretty much with everyone. This thought is unsettling that what exactly happens after death because literally NO ONE on this planet knows the answer to this question.🤔 Then there are some places, that we feel more inclined towards, it feels homely to go there everytime, we feel this strange connection/affiliation with those places but our conscious mind kinda ignores it all. It's all very interesting, of course I am not exactly condoning the theory but as I said, there are some things, experiences in this universe that laws of nature cannot explain. The biggest example is god, I mean it's an invisible entity that no one has ever seen or talked to, but the devotion is so powerful that pretty much everyone believes in him, myself including 😊 Coming to your question it's very much possible that if you feel connected towards a certain culture/place/historical era, it could have something to do with your previous life 😛

Ppl say dreams ppl get of locations , ppl n they don’t see it anywhere , it can be related to past life n they are getting like a dream .

sometimes we see places n ppl n feel connection tat we know this place r ppl , they say it’s related to past life .

I had dreams of place n ppl but till now I didn’t see them in real .

I felt place n ppl also as I know them but tat is new place n strangers .

Analysis of your birth chart by learning basic Vedic astrology can actually help you understand why you are drawn to certain things. One can also feel drawn to ancient texts, cultures, etc.

Like, I’m drawn to water energies due to certain placements in my chart. ( I put rain/ ocean sounds when in trying to sleep; love looking at water etc)

Yes, because this indicates that in a past life, you were a part of that culture or experienced it in some way. So when the soul experiences the culture, music, etc again, it feels strongly connected to it as the soul remembers it.

Well, this is what I've understood and read in several books on spirituality and heard in talks on past life, including on past life regression. Certainly not offended if anyone disagrees.

Below I will try to explain what is the Islamic Belief(not trying to force anyone to believing lol) Even from a spiritual point of view , I've never had any such experiences, mainly because Allah already says that the only rebirth we will be experiencing will be on the day of judgement where we will be judged based on our deeds... Now coming to why some people experience and are convinced in rebirth, astrology is mainly coz of the presence of Shaytan whose main job is only to make us waste our time in then to rather seek the actual truth ie Islam,and Shaytan usually find prey to people who are already vulnerable and already believe in such things...most so called past lives that ppl remember are just snippets which the Shaytan shows us(Not talking about possession but misleading ppl in general)... Take astrology for eg. Usually in the lower heavens the angels sometimes talk about us so the shaytan will eavesdrop and then this info. Will be passed to someone who practices Tarot or astrology but with every truth they will mix false hood, we see this in our daily lives that how most of our horoscopes are bogus) And come to think of it, it actually made sense to me.. Dwelling on things like past life serves you no good but rather an escapism to your life... What we should be focused on is the present and how to find the actual purpose in the life which we are now living.....
