The biggest mystery on PS, apart from Kaka's name, is going to be- Why is Anita bringing in TRPs? 🤪 She is not a compelling villain, GauRa actually seem least affected by her, Suman also is barey on her side. Her plans are epically chindi.

Anita is not even an impactful villian.

I can get it if people like gaura, but unke bhi to acche scenes nahi hai 🤷

Also the OG did not harp/ stretch the insecurity track like they are doing it here. Kathir did wear some decent clothes when Mullai wanted. Remember the scene when they are ready to go to the hospital after the accident for a followup, he did wear what she wanted him to.

What I infer from you is that mullai is a much more stronger and headstrong character than raavi.

Here they have made her too much dobii.

Why did the girl who said to Sneha ki main tere daant Tod dungi if you badmouth my husband suddenly ignored her friends today?

1)shiva was soft on her in those days. She was happy, she saw a hope in her marriage.he was behaving differently with her, so naturally she was getting closer and protective about him.

2) shiva was very rude to her, pushed her around, shouted at her in front of Dev, insulted her in front of family by telling her not to come. Any person however good or pure she might be can't be all good to a person who treats her this way.so she just ignored her friends, by saying shut up and moved on.

3) she was in a hurry to join shiva and her focus was on the mannat, she didn't want to create a scene.

4) Sneha had directly insulted shiva.she was very harsh . Here we are not exactly sure why the guys were laughing. At his looks? Or at his grumpiness?

Just an attempt by me to understand raavi's reaction.

I agree with the points, and more than Raavi defending Shiva(which she should have), I am kind of amazed how shallow she is.

We have been getting hints all along that she is like that. But still feels weird because we have rooted for her and felt for her, at some point or another.

Takes me back to Shiva's dialogue "Yeh toh bachpan se hi aisi hai". I was very irritated at him belittling his wife in front of everyone then. But now it makes me think, how many of Shiva's dialogues are a reflection of a bitter truth- how many incidents has he faced in the past because of Raavi?

I have always had a sneaking suspicion Shiva's anger at Raavi was not solely because of Maami- Raavi's disdain might have also factored in.

Though now I am sure only we feel and think deeply 🤣 The writers probably just write all this on the go 🤪 We are looking for patterns in a sky of randomly scattered stars. 😆

And, my god, Kathir knew when to keep his mouth close and back off.

Now that I think back, I cannot think of a single instance when Kathir was in the wrong or treated Mullai terribly in public. At most he would be gruff in private. But compared to the crap they are showing here, all his things are jujubee 🤣

Absolutely, all 3 FL’s in Pandian Stores are head strong than here, can stand up for themselves. No aunty, I mean mohalle ki aunty taunted Dhanam about not having a baccha. They better not the ladies will rip them apart. It was Dhanam’s own family - mom, brother (Hardik’s character) and Kasturi ( Anita’s character) were ma at her and Murthy and questioned the family when the truth came out about their sacrifice. Then Dhanam took a decision to consult a Doctor and side by side carried out small mannats to help her conceive.

I think I wrote in the previous EDT, Prema, this doctor thing is such a sore point. They could have shown GauRa going to doctor once or twice and given the impression that they have been consulting doctor for months- they can actually convey all this in a single scene. After that they could do 100s of mannat, I would still be ok 😕

I am also so irritated with Krish's characterization. Kannan was shown carrying atleast some books sometime. Nothing at all for Krish. Hope he is atleast using Dev's books. 😆

Yess.the writers are maybe not dwelling as deep as we are 🤦.

They are just randomly writing the scenes..

Raavi is not showing growth.shiva is stuck in his insecurities.this track would have made much more sense with a separation or divorce.

But he is pushing her away but at the same time not taking the decision of leaving her.

At one point I think maybe he wants to leave that to her as divorce comes with its own burden of social stigma and all.he can't tell her directly to go as it's her house as well and shiva has made that very clear during the mandiir scene.

So basically shiva also wants her to be a pandya bahu. Raavi is trying to make the marriage work, but her approach is wrong.

She is willing to change herself for him.while shiva is strictly against changing oneself for love.

She doesn't find change, adjustment, compromise as wrong, while shiva is triggered by these terms.

They are in a veryyy complex situation.🤷

I agree with the Doctor but slowly giving up on it.

As for Kanna, we have seen college scenes and tracks related to him, remember the one where he gets arrested and Kathir breaks down to Mullai.

Here they are hell bent on making Krish another SP bahu with planning mannats and parties😔

Raavi is the timid girl who is scared of anything and everything and needs to be rescued by her knight in shining armour.🤕

Dhara is moody. She stands up for herself sometimes, and just sits mum and cries sometimes and let her 10 yr younger devrani get some dlgs🤷

Rishita has amnesia.she speaks her mind, fights with the whole family one moment, forgets everything the next moment and is all mera parivaar.🤦

The writers need to take a break and watch the show from epsiode 1😂😂
