Aryan is typically more known as a Hindu name though Muslims use it too. AbRam is actually a Hebrew name. They deliberately capitalized the R to emphasize Ram.

If Kareena is Hindu, I still don’t see a problem with her naming her kids after their father’s side. If this name is a problem she can choose a different name she likes. It’s whatever the couple wishes. These kids are born rich.

I always wonder why so many famous actors and actresses who are Muslims are not using their real names, I used to thought they were protecting their religion but now I think it’s maybe because of backlash? I think they did a great job using stage names

My point was that they're generic names used by everyone. I don't know why you keep insisting they're just Muslim names? Aryan is derived from Sanskrit and it's primarily used that way in India. Suhana is another common name used by everyone and generally the meaning is considered to be pleasant or beautiful like 'suhana safar' which is how SRK describes it as well.

They were deliberately chosen to not cause controversies and keep both sides of their family happy. It's not about erasing one like Saif/Kareena have done. The name used for their house Mannat is the same - a Punjabi name which is used by both communities.

The kids have hep Christian daily use names Tim and Jeh. So I guess KKK dislikes the full names herself. 😆

I do like other Khan's kid names better though- Aryan, Suhana, AbRam, Junaid, Ira, Azad. -1 for OTT names of Garib Nawab 2nd family.

Who are those so many? The most popular Salman, Shahruk and Aamir who owe their success to the Hindu majority India have names as Muslim as it can get. What backlash are you talking about?

What backlash? The current government is bigoted but that doesn't mean the whole population is. And even that is just a recent thing. The biggest stars of the last 30 years are all Khans.

Nobody changed their name other than Dilip Kumar and that was not due to backlash. It was because of his own father's disapproval of acting as a profession. He wanted to hide it from his dad that he was working in movies.
