It was just love at first sight for him, he used to observe every detail about her 😆. When she sent her picture to Mayank on egagement day, he noticed those keds and even asked her about it 😆. He was always very curious about her. He was very attentive when he got to know she likes Chaat and Holi is her fav festival.

Recently, when Ishqi got lunch for him in office, she said "you used to hate me". But he said he doesnt know if he really hated her. I really liked that scene. At that time he used to get angry and irritated with her which came across as 'Hate'. But now he knows it was not hate, it never was. He has come out of denial and internalized his feelings for her since their first meet. And now he came to the conclusion that it was NOT HATE at any point of the time.
