English is a compulsory language in every state for every class in schools. According to the age the kids r of 90s. So school mein toh english hogi he nah?

I have lived in Gujarat instead of hindi Gujrati was taught but as a transferrable student I have studied Gujarati and Hindi as 3rd language when we used to live there otherwise all were same as what was taught in Delhi or any other state.

So this Shiva ka english speaking friends ka logic samajh nahi aaya. It can be that he isn't fluent or comfortable but this

But again it is PS where logic isn't there.

I guess he meant he is not like her English speaking friends.

Knowing and studying English is one thing, and conversing in English in daily life is another thing.

@Bold: Exactly woh apni problems ka thikra Raavi ke ser nahi maar sakta hain. From last week mereko koyi feeling he nahi aa rahi hain while watching Shivi.

Raavi doesn't seem to have self respect and Shiva doesn't have basic manners but accha ladka hain.

Everyone is like Shiva accha hain, saaf dil, khara sona. I am like kya kare iska jab basic etiquettes he nahi hain of respecting people, saying sorry and talking nicely.
