In general, no one likes to give their flat out on rent to someone from the TV industry (not saying it's good or bad, just the way it is).

The society uncles would have a hissy-fit if psycho fans (especially females) turned up at his door in the middle of the night! 😆

If he owned his flat, it's not so much of an issue, but if it's on rent, they'll ensure he doesn't get an extension! Remember Shagun's interview of how difficult it's been for her to get a flat in Mumbai?

Yes Ishqi has many flaws.. she is impulsive, .talks back, with AVM she took him for granted.. she never thought it was necessary to give explanation of her actions especially to Ahaan..

she broke his office door when she was wrong And car window after their dinner date for no reason ..that was so uncalled for.. there are many to mention

Ah HTP- I liked the movie a lot, but don't remember the houses or any clues for them now tbh.

If it's a flat, it could literally be in any location. The thing is that the northern most areas (aka the not-so posh areas) have also become posh with time, and have flats in size and style to rival those in the traditionally posh areas (Bandra to South Mumbai)

For example in Chhichhore, the building that SR's character supposedly resides in, is the northern most part of the city, yet looks like an absolutely swanky place!

If it's a bungalow- traditionally South Mumbai, Bandra, Juhu are your usual spots for bungalows, but it could also be hired at a place like Madh (the location for IPZN's bungalow shoot for example).

Mumbai folks traditionally don't live in independent houses unless you are real rich- land is too expensive, so the city mostly functions in apartments, and even the cheapest apartment in the northern parts of the city (around 400 square feet) would be around 1 crore INR.

Best part, AVM is the first to see and point out her flaws and still managed to fall in love with her.

Actually there are many colonies which only had bungalows made to compensate people who came there during partition but they’re all being broken down now to make buildings

Ahaan taunted her about her parents on Jagrata and post enagament fiasco. Later when he got to know about her parents' death, he was guilty and Ishqi told him "She will not question his sanskars and mummy pap'sa parvarish like he did". But after their dinner date when he broke his car window, it was her who said "You are like this because of your mother as she did not teach you well". And after that he broke his car window and then she broke his car window😕😆

Ishqi as a person did not chage much in love or after marriage. Myabe it is writers fault or goign off air drama, they did not to show her struggles and changes in her. But Ahaan changed a lot for Ishqi and her love. He has been fighting with dadi every now and then and Ishqi did not do anything to make it easier for him. She used to come late without explanation, Brought back his childhood trauma. Her intentions are right but still effects of her actions are very serious. That's why I am a bit softer towards Ahaan here.

I feel Ahaan changed much more for Ishqi than Ishqi did for Ahaan. She is doing exactly what she would have done even when she was not in love with Ahaan. She is a righteous, feminist who stands for other women victims. She would have supported Savitri in nay case. But as a wife/lover she did not show much of a character developement.

If IPZN does comeback for season 2 with the same cast I will subscribe to Sky Vlogs. At this point i am not hopeful, but would still love to see Ishqaan's story progress.
