Even I have been thinking the same. It has to be someone who knows Pallavi and Mandar equally and has some background knowledge of their families and who else than Ved. I would be happy if he is the mastermind behind all this. That’s what I expect out of his character otherwise his potential is wasted completely.

yeah, we were all saying Mandar is involved in some fishy business with Ved and now after seeing him, there is no doubt that there is something wrong. All his actions speak of someone who has always been cunning and manipulative. The only confusion is which Mandar was Pallavi talking about who was well-mannered and respected her. Anyway I hope we get to see some backstory soon along with this creepiness in order to have some connection to what we are watching.

He is very manipulative and presented himself best infront of pallavi. She didn't had a bad experience on her past with him and now also he is playing his game well.

He needs to fail on his plans miserably and he needs to burst out to her then pallavi will completely come out once for All.

There’s always Devyani ? If they brought Mandar back from the dead, they could always do that with her too.
