I might be disappointed in so many ways with Bondita but her unwavering devotion towards Anirudh is 🔥

She is Markandeya to Anirudh's Shiva.

Markandeya was born due to Lord Shiva's boon to his parents and was destined to die at the age of 16, he grew up being one of the greatest devotees of Lord Shiva. When the time of his death neared, he believed that Lord Shiva, the one who gave him life would never give him death.

So, he built a shivaling and prayed day and night, he gave up everything to get his prayers answered by his lord. When Lord Yama came to collect his soul, he shouted at him to stop his bhajan and prayers to Lord Shiva, he threw a noose around his neck but Markandeya clung to the shivaling like a child clings to his mother.

He put his faith and future in the hands of the one who gave him life.

When Lord Yama readied to forcefully kick the child away from Lord Shiva, the shivaling burst open and Lord Shiva emerged to protect Markandeya from Lord Yama. smiley27

Such was the tale of devotion and faith.

No matter how dark and bleak Markandeya's life seemed at the very last moments at the hands of Lord Yama, his unwavering belief in Lord Shiva forced the god to emerge from his pensive state and protect him.

Bondita's unconditional and unwavering belief in Anirudh will move mountains, she is his most ardent devotee who will accept anything he gives her - be it poison or amrit.

Radhika❤️ aaja gale lag ja🤗❤️

This is such a beautiful post❤️

I didn't know this story but it seems so apt to the situation. Beautiful story and Loved your symbolism❤️

I agree She could have acted a bit smartly but her devotion to Ani won me over. Its so heart warming❤️ he is the most important person for her, her sansaar❤️ if he doubts her it doesn't matter anymore that who trusts her or not. She never cared about what panchayat would decide, she was defeated the moment Ani didn't speak up. She even accepted the punishment as Ani ke bina vaise hi uski zindagi berang hi hai🥺

Very beautiful and apt connection. The tale of Lord Shiva and Bhakt Markandeya is one of my favourites, where death couldn't even pull him because Markandeya's hold on the Shivalingam was just too strong. ❤️

Bondita's grip on Anirudh is just as strong. Nobody, not the society members, her family or even God can convince her otherwise.

Their blooming romance for each other is not a human type of love at all. It's a divine form of love. It's not a human love story, but a divine love story.

I can't compare this to any other show involving humans, because the love that these two have for each other stands with the divine stories -- Markandeya + Lord Shiva, Shiva + Parvati, Radha + Krishna, Arjun + Draupadi, Krishna + Arjun, Narasimha + Prahlada... I see the essence of all of them and many more forms in our Anirudh and Bondita. ❤️

It is a beautiful tale that came to my mind instantly, the moment I saw the episode and saw Bondita's unflinching gaze into Anirudh's eyes.

I can relate so many tales of devotion to Rudhita

Their love for each other parallel's such tales.

However in my opinion it was Sita and Ram. Remember When Ram ask her to prove to the villagers. Sita obediently accepted the punishment and after that she couldn't accept Ram. I feel Same is happening with Anidita. For Bon He was Ram, but when he doubts her she wanted to leave the world respectfully rather someone questioning her character.

And believe me I hope now Bon don't accept Ani apology or any Rcs. Who thinks so low of her ... She gave them the light in their house but they question her character.

I agree that there are parallels to Ram and Sita as well in their jodi, but not this particular instance. Ram did not stay silent. He gave the verdict that she has to prove herself via the Agni Pareeksha. Sita went and proved herself. Then people were still not convinced so he asked her to do it again. The second time was when she left him.

There are no parallels. Ani hasn't framed her. He hasn't asked her to do anything. Nor is she his wife or any zimmedari of his at this time that he needs to protect.

As for Ani, he doesn't doubt her, this was made clear in yesterday's and today's episode. In fact, in his mind he had even said please Bondita deny this punishment. It's enough to show that he doesn't want her to go through it.

Just like in this story lord Shiva came to save Markandeya due to his devotion, I hope Bondita's unwaivering faith in him gives Ani the strength to overcome everything that is binding him and he comes to stands by her side. He cannot tolerate injustice to anyone. He knows very well that whats happening to Bondita is wrong

Here the silent of him is the verdict. Why a wife would stay or let the people do character assassination of her when her own husband could not speak or trust her ? The reason is Sita was doubted because she lived as a victim in Ravan kingdom, bon is going through the same. TM ka ghar ravan ki lanka hai ...

Ani fault is he didn't clear the misunderstanding. His silence in the panchayat is a plus point to the people who are against her. Man mei kuch bhi bole ...But Jab bolna tha tab ni bola ...
